They were very respectful, very mannered. They treated me as a customer who was just walking through the door while the store was just opening. Even though the store was getting ready to close. She helped my husband apply for a card that he was approved for and she was our cashier every time we came back (I love this store!!) over the 3 days we were in town. She remembered us, made us feel so welcomed and had the nicest smile. She is very good at her job as well. We will definitely be coming back to this location whenever we are in town!!!”

“Nordstrom Rack is a national retail chain known for its big named brands and low prices in comparison to other stores and it's parent store, Nordstrom. This location is easy to get to and has a ton of parking as it's in a strip center. Inside they are fully stocked on everything you'd need in a retail clothing store. The service here is phenomenal and there's tons of employees walking around trying to help. The dressing rooms were very clean as well as the bathrooms.”
“I enjoy this place. Ive been there 2 times. Yesterday I browsed for a good hour because there are many different items, from specific eras to look at.
I brought my casserole bottom dish to see if they had a lid to match it. They were friendly and had no problem checking their inventory for one. I found a pyrex dish I liked on sale. So many great things about this place.
I think the prices here are reasonable compared to the 5 antique malls, within the 40 mile radius, and ebay. I will definitely stop by again.”

“Nordstrom is a national retail clothing chain known for its big brands, designer items, and customer service. This location is in the Galleria so it's easy to get to and parking is very easy. It's got its own entrance apart from the mall itself. They have a few floors full of product and staff here are so nice and helpful all the time. This is definitely one of the places you go to if you're trying to find new trends or those staple items you want to wear all the time or for a fancy event.”

“I signed up for the Mother’s Day event, and from the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by a wonderful person named Aija (I hope I’m spelling her name correctly). She invited me into the beautifully decorated room where the brunch was set up—it looked amazing, and the food was absolutely delicious!
I also entered the giveaway for a gift basket but didn’t think much of it at the time. During the event, Aija helped me design a beautiful bouquet of flowers, and we ended up having the most genuine and uplifting conversation. I truly felt a real connection.
To my surprise, I received a phone call today from Aija letting me know that I had won one of the gift baskets! I was so excited—especially since my Mother’s Day had been a bit overwhelming. That call truly brightened my day.
When I went to pick up the basket, I was once again greeted by friendly staff, and Aija personally presented it to me. We even took some pictures together. The entire experience made me feel so special, and I just want to say thank you from the bottom of my heart.

We had an issue with the scanner not reading the bar code and he continually apologized while we waited for assistance. On Feb 10th, I purchased a necklace set for my significant other, two days later when it was gifted, we found the necklace to be broken, so I took it back the next day. Lucky Ms. Mehnaz was there! She helped me right away stating that she remembered me when I purchased the item.
