“I recently needed to have my vintage receiver serviced, so I Googled Harman/Kardon and Winston Electronics came up. After speaking with them, felt comfortable taking it down there. Its getting difficult to find a Tech that's familiar with systems such as this. After a week it was finished and the price was very reasonable. My old 730 sounded like new. “The customer service representative (who i unfortunately didn’t get his name) went above and beyond. I went in and was immediately offered help but without being bombarded but with a very kind approach. I informed him i was in search of a lava lamp light bulb but when he searched the inventory, there was none available. He then was able to find one and called his manager to ask if he could sell it to me based on that it wasn’t in their inventory. (I had been in the car in the parking lot still and he got my attention to come inside) Sold me what i needed and had some amazing music playing while we talked. Overall, will be returning and informing all my business friends to shop from this location!”

“Here I come, I had a dead screen on my old iPhone 6s I took it at the fix Gallerias st Louis they fixed it and charged me $103 + taxes and in less than 30 days the screen broke down with cracks on it. I brought it back there was a tall guy dark skin and chubby was so mean till the security intervene and the other guy told me to come next week. I came again and luckily I found the owner at the store and fix the problem screen. He understood me well. If you are experiencing the same issue as me with his employees please ask for the owner to intervene, you might get your issue solved amicably. He was great and made me calm even though I was so mad for a lot of money I didn’t paid initially.”

They can even help you at the register by saying I think you really want a different battery than what you yourself may have picked out when you tell them what they’re for.
