“I have purchased shoes primarily from outlet stores in the past, and I was impressed at the quality of service and products Fleet Feet offers compared to those discount stores. It's a completely different experience.
You may have to wait in a queue as it's customer based service and there may be a few people ahead of you. It's totally worth it though.
They scan your feet first for free, to get a much more precise idea of size, fit, and support. Next they sit down with you and have you try on a few different options and encourage you to walk around with them and compare/contrast. I never felt rushed. They even happily scanned my wife's feet even though she wasn't getting fitted for shoes!
Keep in mind this is more of a running/athlete specialty store, so you can't expect to see a myriad of brands and styles. But if you're simply looking for a quality running/walking/comfortable shoe, this is the place to go!”

“I was lucky enough to find these guys on the internet after much searching for a shop that could handle tubeless mountain bike tires. I had just recently purchased and almost 20-year-old mountain bike that has some specific hard to find parts. I felt like I was in well over my head. Continue to feel no place better for tennis help! I don't know enough about stringing, so I suppose if you have something particular, than go find what works for you. But, my son's racket recently cracked in an unusual location, yonex was no help, but the store was able to send it off, it was approved for a replacement, and despite being a pest they replaced the racket. Putting up with me can be tough and they did a great job! They even let me son keep a demo for weeks for try-outs because his racket was on backorder. Amazing people and amazing service!”

“UPDATE- REI Did resolve the issue below and exceeded my expectations so I do sincerely appreciate it. I am still going to leave this information public because people need to know the fine print before making a purchase. —-
I was told the bike was eligible to trade in. Went to trade it in today and was told they will not take it without training wheels. It was a used bike so didn’t come with training wheels they finally admitted, then told me that it’s not eligible for trade in because it was used. I had no idea it was used it looked brand new. It was discounted, and the salesmen told me it might be a return. They also told me the bike was definitely eligible for the trade in policy at REI. I believed him and didn’t question it because even with discount the bike cost over $200. $200 and this was the second bike we bought so of course I thought everything would go smoothly again. Over $300 I spent on bikes there and they won’t honor the trade in. Even if it had been new, they wont take it without the training wheels. Who keeps training wheels for a year? Of course thats in the fine print. That is how they get you.”

Priced At the discounted floor model and explaining, providing information regarding free shipping/set up as well as take away for old treadmill for $50 that I am not using. Have visited the store location when it was second wind. And am still very happy with his assistance.”

“We used classic carpentry when we completely redid our kitchen 3 years ago. Jim was very professional, timely and the craftsmanship is awesome. We absolutely love our new kitchen, the cabinets they built are classic and timeless. Jim took my dreams and ideas and was able to make them come true. I especially love the 2 sided bar they built for us. One side is countertop height in the kitchen and the other side is bar height, they used gorgeous seeded glass in the doors so we could show off our platters and wine glasses. Still, 3 years later, everyone who comes to our house complements our kitchen... Especially the cabinets!”
