“Extremely honest, trustworthy and knowledgeable!! I recently reached out to Sam’s Cell Phone Repair to replace 2 iPhone camera lenses. The staff was courteous and precise with the details of the repair, how long it would take and the cost. This being my first cellphone repair ever, I (somewhat reluctantly) left to allow the 1 hour needed to complete the repairs. Exactly 10 minutes later I was contacted by Sam’s to inform me that the repairs were actually on the safety protecting covers and not the actual lenses (Saving me lots of money). They had the replacement parts, it was under $20.00 and was ready in 10 minutes! I can’t say enough to describe how much respect and faith I have in this Professional Business. This is a company that I will always refer going forward!”

We had a miscommunication when we purchased our new line and new number. I called the store and was fortunate enough to get Jeff. He found out what my problem was and didn’t hesitate to step in and find a solution to our problem. Without me having to come into the store to get this fixed Jeff called and texted me with updates to my account. After 2 1/2 hours of hard work Jeff got our account fixed and made us all very happy!
