“Extremely honest, trustworthy and knowledgeable!! I recently reached out to Sam’s Cell Phone Repair to replace 2 iPhone camera lenses. The staff was courteous and precise with the details of the repair, how long it would take and the cost. This being my first cellphone repair ever, I (somewhat reluctantly) left to allow the 1 hour needed to complete the repairs. Exactly 10 minutes later I was contacted by Sam’s to inform me that the repairs were actually on the safety protecting covers and not the actual lenses (Saving me lots of money). They had the replacement parts, it was under $20.00 and was ready in 10 minutes! I can’t say enough to describe how much respect and faith I have in this Professional Business. This is a company that I will always refer going forward!”

“We have had a great experience with this store thanks to nick, he got us switched over to cricket last year effortlessly and then got us hooked up with a new phone 2 weeks ago for my son and then helped me upgrade to a better phone yesterday, easily the best cell phone guy ive ever dealt with and he definately deserves a raise, im sure there are others like me that go to this store only because hes there. While the problem was taken care of, it took about an hour of effort. I was in and out of this TMobil store in about 5 minutes! And they showed me how to fix it myself! Great customer service!”
