“I visited The Running Well Store earlier this week and couldn't be happier with my experience. I came in looking for new shoes as I work 12 hours shifts in healthcare. The worker that helped me was very knowledgeable and discussed every step with me while giving me multiple options. Chose a pair of Asics and arch support inserts based on his recommendation and they have felt amazing for all 12 hour shifts I've worked this week. Thank you!”
“Amazing experience. I had no idea I’ve been wearing the wrong shoe size for a couple of decades until I came in for a scan. WOW! Sarah explained everything thoroughly and was knowledgeable about the types and brands of shoes that would be a good fit for my feet (arch, width, pressure points, stride). As soon as I strapped them on and stood up, my jaw dropped. The difference was night and day from what I walked in wearing. Reasonably and competitively priced, it was well worth the visit and I’m already experiencing reduced lower back pain.

“My experience with Foot Spot started a week before Christmas 2023. For over five years I had acute and chronic pain when walking. It wasn't plantar fasciitis, but was situated in the joints of my feet. I was diagnosed with osteoarthritis. I tried so many options over those five years to no avail. Numerous shoes for arthritis, inserts of all kinds, steroid shots, live stem cell therapy injections. I could go on and on. I was never able to even take a leisurely walk around the neighborhood as it was just too much pain to endure. I also broke both of my feet within a six month time period. I did not know it at the time, but I realize now that my footwear was not supportive enough, though I thought I had tried every product imaginable. My son brought me to Foot Spot several days before Christmas. I reluctantly went along, knowing that there was no answer. Gretchen Brewer was the salesperson that day. I put a pair of Hokas that she had adjusted with inserts and other products from Foot Spot. Still, in my mind, I thought this was going to be such a waste of time. After I put the shoes on, I felt an immediate difference, like the shoes were molded for my feet. The comfort was remarkable. I walked around the store and was awestruck. All of the pain was gone. ALL of it. It was immediate. I continued to walk the circumference of the store, because I just could not believe it. I finally realized that I just might have found the answer. After about 10 minutes I burst into tears. I knew at that point that I had my life back! We purchased two pairs of Hokas with Foot Spot products inserted, and two sets of slippers so that my feet would always be in products from Foot Spot. Gretchen was so knowledgeable and accommodating. Whatever was needed, Gretchen had the answer. I am reminded of the healing of my feet every time I run errands and I realize now that it doesn't matter how far from the entrance of the store is….I can walk!! I can go back to fast pace walking as a part of my routine. I will never forget Gretchen and Foot Spot. And of course my son! They both gave me my life back! Believing in the Best fit! Foot Spot is my forever store!”
