“After weeks of illness it was time to renew 2 CD’S. And the thought of an afternoon driving and banking felt overwhelming. A customer rep suggested trying the online live banking.I reached a lovely rep, name Toni, who was patient, professional and kind. “The only issue I have is how low the drive-thru machines are (I don't know what they're actually called). If your vehicle is taller than a car you'll have to pull up far enough to open your door or lean out of the window. The actual service is always great!!”

“I've banked here for roughly 30 years, since before I was even old enough to have an account when my grandfather opened a Scottie savers for me as a child. They've always been good and helpful to me. The staff is friendly and familiar faces that I've seen for at least the past decade or more. Even though I've moved about 45 minutes away now when I used to live right around the block, I still bank here as my primary and probably will forever honestly.”

“I love this bank. Employees are fast to tackle any requests or problems you may have with your account. They have one of the best online banking apps. You can transfer funds from one account to another at lightning speed, right before you need to pay at the cash register while out shopping. I transfer extra funds to my savings all the time for safer keeping. Never had any problems with them answering the phone in a timely manner.”

“Sometimes good, sometimes bad. I've waited or 5 min to even be acknowledged in the drive through when there's noone else in the drivethrough. I've pressed the callbutton before because the shuttle wasn't working and noone showed up, again, noone in the driver through(had to just go home that day. Then other times it's perfectly pleasant. Everytime it seems like the folks are nice, but it also seems like they don't care about the customers. I wish it were more consistent. I've only been to one other branch, but it is consistently better. ☆edit☆ It's been a while since this review. I've been through the drive through several times and have yet to encounter another bad experience. Could've been a bad stretch, but it seems to have corrected. Also had a pleasant conversation on the phone with a woman there who helped me understand their currency exchange setup. Giving 2 more stars for the vast improvement”

“I have been doing business with this bank for about 13 years and have never had an issue. Jeff Scassellati , Edy Hall And Amber Starr have always taken care of my needs. Wouldn't think of ever going anywhere else. After reading some of the other reviews I cannot agree with them. I to have a business account and Blue Ridge bank financed my new Auto Repair Shop. Not sure what the other guys problem is with holding his deposits for seven days mine are good the next day”
