“One of your employees really goes beyond her duties .!! She definitely is an asset to your company. Wish there was a lot more employees like her!! Keep up the awesome attitude JORDYN!!”
“Absolutely LOVE this place. Everyone of the reviews ( that I have read so far) are TOTALLY ON POINT. This has become 1 of MY & my finance’s FAVORITE places to stop @ when we are in the area.
The SHOWERS……. What can I SAY? They are most DEFINITELY ROOMY, have EXCELLENT water pressure, hot water temp is not ONLY HOT, but STAYS that way throughout the shower( & for a teams &/or solos, that is most DEFINITELY IMPORTANT), ACTUALLY come with 2 bath towels, a Hand cloth, a BATH MAT ( CLOTH version, NOT the paper kind), & a HAND towel. Employees there ( from MY experience are not ONLY FRIENDLY, but they DO go out of their way to ensure the customer HAS every they need.
Oh, & did I mention the service @ Iron Skillet? Y’all, LET me SHARE w/ U ( YES, it MAY be a LITTLE pricey for SOME, but I PROMISE you, the portions are WELL WORTH it?)- Ya’ll NEED to go see Carrie & the gang ( & YES, Carrie IS 1 of those characters that, like my fiancé & I , HAS a sense of HUMOR) & experience TRUE Southern Hospitality.
Will we return again? Just try & stop us ?”

“Always love this place. Sadly roller item quality had dipped drastically. Not sure if it's because of the roller itself, or the lower quality items.Used to be bratwurst, hot links, chorizo, etc to name a few. Now you're lucky to get anything other than an "all beef hotdog" and if the other roller is in service, maybe some jalapeno hot dogs.LOVE the fountain drink section, but unfortunately the tea section is out of order many times, or the tea section ice maker is down. The ice maker outside is very convenient when it has ice or is in working order.Kitchen items are delicious but over priced, and in the case of the pizza, is the same price or more expensive than all the other truck spots or gas stations in the area, and is at least 25-50% smaller. Good, but tiny and expensive, slice of pizza.”

“This place was designed to make middle Eastern Fellas feel at home and yet they find a reason to complain. This place is actually quite dandy except the bathroom. Middle Eastern Fellas wash there feet in the sink and water is EVERYWHERE. I definitely would NOT bring my children here. The ranger across the road is new and not a lot of foot washing happens there. I come here for the garlic naan, and delicious butter chicken .. them power walk to the ranger to make a proper duker!!!!”

“I stopped by to get a cup of coffee this morning and it was absolutely the worst cup of coffee I've ever had. After the managers prompt reply to my review I am impressed. I think I was too hard on them after all I'm a long ways from perfect.”
“It's nice to have a *CONVENIENCE STORE" this far into the Downtown area, but it has its pros & cons... Literally!
Sometimes ya get excellent service, other times, eehh, not so much.
But I promise this, if you walk into "SOOKIES" wit a b¡tch @ss attitude an start dissin folks an bein loud Shelia an/or Raj or they workers or a patron of the store will run yo @ss off, might even put they foot in yo @ss.
Don't even think ya can pull a fast one by havin "five finger discount" on em either cause they quick to take a pic an call the law. Loiterin an/or solicitin should be avoided, Raj quick to call the five-oh bout that.
Watch out wit the "AMUSEMENT" machines they got, cause them b¡tches will eat everthing green that may be in ya pockets, wallet, & purse so buy what gots to be bought FIRST, then play ya lil games...
Ya might even find somethin you didn't even know you needed.
✌️??
Good fried fish out the hotbox, good sammiches when made fresh.

“One of if not the cleanest Flying J truck stops I've been to.
The showers look like they actually clean them. There no build up in the corners. The toilet seat is lifted when you walk in. The water pressure is great to a point it's almost too much. Great showers here!”

“Best little minimart in town. Run in, run out. Always got what you need, maybe not what you want. Hot food available and a roller grill. Plus, a real, actual payphone is available outside!”
“Very good and friendly service! Well managed. The food they offer is very good for a small operation. Chicken strips and drumsticks, burritos, french fries, potato wedges, and a few others to choose from. Prices for gasoline are fair. This is a privately owned convenience store and not a chain. Truly deserving of your business!”
“This Walgreens pharmacy is the best pharmacy I have ever been to in my 41 years. They are so kind and hands down have the best customer service of any other pharmacy. They always take great care of me and strive to be fast and efficient. Thank you, truly, to all those that work here!!”
“Employees was nice and the gas price was right. Hope all other will have a fantastic experience. Thanks to all 93,000 people reads my reviews. I do it for others out there that only want a honest review. Thank you so very much”
“It's not the biggest gas station but it sure has everything you need. Gas is always priced good from here plus it's a clean place to pump gas at. The inside is like most convenience store but they also have fresh pizza as well. Great selection of jerky and cold drinks”
“I witnessed a lady call Crystal Gruver rude when she was being exceptionally kind and only trying to help. She is good at her job, and that lady was acting like a Karen. I can honestly say if it wasn't for her pretty face I would not drive all the way across town passing 2 other Casey's. Enough said.”

“Nice in/out location. Right before interstate. Plenty of parking out back for RV. Store was clean, as were the restrooms. Employees seemed nice. Good selection of drinks and snacks.”
“This place I must tell you about it because it was a bag of mixed emotions. First of all I needed air in my tires so I stopped but Casey’s now charged $1.75 for 3.5 minutes of air which if you have two tires or more that need air well you better be quick and have the valve caps already off and ready! But then I realize that I only have 1.25 on my card. No problem I have cash right? Wrong. The machine does not take cash only cards! So here I am 50 cents short of the air I need but I have the money just not on the card and the very helpful cashier inside (who by the way went above and beyond in being helpful and deserves a raise for sure) informs me they do not do the cash deposits to cards either but I think I’m in luck because right down the road is a dollar general and they do so I could get the money onto my card then use the card for air and. R on my merry way but the cashier looks it up and dollar general closed twenty minutes ago. So I am stuck. Sitting beside the thing I need and having the money to pay for the the thing I need but can’t not get the thing I need.?!?!? What has this world come to??? Not cool Casey’s but luckily you as a store have some amazing people working at this store that saved the day because I was so upset and ready to leave a scathing review but the worker that was there on the night of 04/15/2024 at closing time really deserves some kind of something extra and I hope the next time I come to this Casey’s I see that the appreciation has been given where it is due because I can’t say enough good things about this cashier! Most people wouldn’t have been so kind and helpful and I know this to be true but this employee really saves the day for me and for this review of this Casey’s! I will forever be a customer here now as long as this employee is still there and thriving! Thanks so much for helping a stranger out in a time of so much stress and when all I needed was someone to show a little compassion! Right on Casey’s!
Parking: It’s a truck stop so yeah it’s got plenty of parking but the store is not 24 hours but I think with proper approval you could park your car there all night if needed.”
“the BEST gas station ever!! Let’s start with the cleanliness. The parking lot, store, and bathrooms always look AMAZING! I appreciate a store that cares about how it looks cleanliness wise. The gas prices are always one of the lowest in town! Their pricing is better than most gas station on their items as well. Can we talk about the manager and cashiers though? The SWEETEST people i’ve ever met in my entire life. I would sit and talk to the manager for hours if I could, she’s so funny! Anyways, I ADORE this gas station, it’s been my go-to for over 6 years now and will continue to be til the day I die! #Snak-AtakLover! ”

“As a frequent traveler and loyal customer of Pilot Flying J, I've come to rely on their travel centers for clean restrooms, hot showers, and reliable fuel pumps. But lately, I've started to notice something that's been bothering me: the incredible amount of work the maintenance team does, and the stark contrast with how they seem to be treated and paid.
Every time I stop at a Pilot, the first thing I notice is the cleanliness of the facilities. Whether it's the bathrooms, the coffee station, or the seating areas, everything is always spotless. I see the maintenance staff constantly at work—mopping floors, cleaning up spills, and restocking supplies. They are the true backbone of the operation, ensuring that the travel center is a welcoming and comfortable place for weary travelers like myself.
However, I've also noticed that these hard-working individuals are often in the background, almost invisible. They're not at the cash register, they're not the ones serving coffee, and they're not the ones getting the high-fives from managers. Instead, they're the ones silently and tirelessly making sure that everything is in working order.
This disparity becomes even more apparent when you look at the customer surveys Pilot Flying J sends out. I've received countless emails and texts asking me to rate my experience. And what do these surveys focus on? The cleanliness of the bathrooms, the condition of the showers, and the functionality of the fuel pumps. All of these questions are directly related to the work of the maintenance team.
It's a bizarre disconnect. The company uses the results of the maintenance team's hard work to gauge its overall success, yet it seems to completely overlook the people who are responsible for that success. It's as if Pilot Flying J wants to take credit for a clean, well-maintained facility without giving credit to the people who are actually doing the work.
As a customer, I believe that the quality of my experience is a direct reflection of the effort put in by the maintenance staff. They are the unsung heroes of every Pilot Flying J I visit. It's time for the company to recognize their value, pay them a fair wage, and give them the credit they deserve. After all, a clean and well-maintained travel center is what keeps customers like me coming back, and that's all thanks to the maintenance team.

“This store is awesome. Great management and staff. Even when they are short handed they are cheerful and helpful. I witnessed a rude customer yesterday trying to be mean to one of the employees. The employee was trying to fix a iced coffee spill and mess, it wouldn't stop dispensing. Well he was the only one on the register. The customer was yelling at him telling him he needed to do his job instead ofaking the kitchen worker check out people. I told the customer to stop being rude and there is no reason to treat the employees like that. When storesareshort handed, customers should not be rude and cussing at employees. No one deserves that! The employee was trying to prevent an even bigger mess so he had to take care of that before anything else. He had been so busy with customers that he couldn't even stock or make teas. I helped stock cups to help him. I drink sweet tea chronically and it's always prepared and fresh when I go in. Unlike most of the other stores in the area, they clean the containers and spickets out before they make new tea so it doesn't give it that bad taste. And it's awesome that their sweet tea is made with two sweet tea bags instead of one! They make the best sweet tea ever! It's always clean. Their items are stocked and they have some awesome breakfast pizza.”

“It’s been a rainy day. No a lot of great things going well on this Wednesday. I pulled up to the Shell fuel station for the first time ever and I was approached by a man wanting to pump my gas. I allowed him to do so and he ran in to get me a receipt. Very pleasant very helpful and gave me a rewards card. I didn’t get his name but he’s appreciated. I believe I’ll visit again.”

“Has some of the cheapest gas in Jomo and especially premium gas which has now switched to shell gas!! I can get shell 91 V-Power Nitro+ for cheaper than Casey’s 91 water gas (3.49 for 91 VPN+ when writing this while compared to 3.74 at the cheapest Casey’s)! Also has shell rewards for $0.05 off every fill up and just got $0.25 up to 20 gallons after around 4 fill-ups. Don’t leave many reviews but I always recommend this place!!”
“My usual pharmacy dropped the ball on getting one of my scripts transferred to the 20th and Rangeline Walgreens. The pharmacists went above and beyond to get my prescription transferred really fast. They ended up not having the medication that I needed, but they made sure that another Walgreens had it and I finally got it filled tonight.”
“I usually stop here and get gasoline for my trip to Arkansas to see my parents and siblings unfortunately this past weekend I stopped to fill up and they had no electricity and the pumps were not working the note on the door stated that they wood be on in a hour so I just hung out for an hour and a half playing catch with my dog Rojas ?. The pumps were still down when I left the station hoping to make it to a place to get some gasoline beings my car was very near empty indicating that I only had 1 gallon of fuel ⛽ left to empty / 25 miles thank goodness it was my luck to find a fuel ⛽ stop ✋ before it reached the empty. Maybe it will be back on line the next trip to Arkansas”
