“I am a VERY skeptical and observant person and the landscaping alone of Central Auto Body caught my attention BEFORE I even needed them. The upkeep of their area especially during the holidays brings a loving harmony to the neighborhood that I greatly appreciate. So, when my car took ill to a hit and run, I have to admit that I was actually happy to have the honored opportunity to meet the people who operated there, even if it was at my loss. And BOY was I correct! You can judge this book by its cover!!!
Taking my vehicle to Central Auto Body was like taking a loved one to a caring hospital. Without going into the careful, thorough, intimate excellent work that they did in a very timely manner, I first want to thank Rick for holding my hand through the process with daily updates, messages, and responses like a kind doctor walking a loved one through surgery on a parent. Rick explained everything that they found in detail to me including when the mechanics would find more damage that wasn't seen. They didn't rush the work at all. They assured that to get every single thing that was affected by the hit and run my poor Kristina (lol) suffered, all the way down to the bones. I felt VERY comfortable as my care set under their care.
Additionally, AFTER repairs were complete, they cleaned her up to be presentable for pick-up and Rick came out to walk me through all that had been done. THIS is the place to take your car if you want it cared for by people who understand a car lover's love!”
“Nick was amazing!!! Upper management should be ashamed of leaving him to work by himself on a busy middle of August summer Saturday! He had a line all day and we waited 3 hours for our vehicle (no fault of his). It was so crazy busy and he had rude customers and handled everything so well. He deserves a raise.”

As a non-airport location, the hours for pickup don't go all night, so you just need to plan your travel accordingly. “I've never had an Enterprise car rental experience that was less than 4 stars, with this one at the Brentwood suburban location of Saint Louis being a 5 star experience.
Here, I encountered a pleasant mix of efficiency and a professionalism that knows how to appropriately incorporate a relaxed type of friendliness. The price for the 4 day rental was also fair. I was assigned a newer car that was roomy, was adept at smoothly handling highway and urban driving, and was fuel efficient for its size. I was then given a ride a short distance away at the end of the rental which made things easier.
I think you will appreciate the down-to-earth demeanor of this branch's employees. I recommend this suburban office of Enterprise Rent-a-Car.”

Through no fault of the company, there was an issue with my rental that could not have been foreseen or prevented. In the midst of an already busy morning, Bobby was absolutely top-notch in taking care of me immediately, making sure I was on my way in no time, which was crucial because I was in a time crunch, needing to arrive at my destination by a certain time. “We rented a 26’ Box truck with the lift gate for a long haul move and the truck did exactly what it was supposed to, no issues. I asked if they had any clip-in straps laying around when we picked up, the guy looked all around to find and let me borrow them with no extra hassle or charge. Anthony helped with the drop off process, after moving for 3 days straight, he made it so fast and easy for us to get back on the road. 10/10 recommend this location.”
“Fantastic Service! For a lil hole in the wall office attached to Plaza Motors, they sure are busy! I do think an Enterprise sign visible from the street would be helpful though.
Nick was terrific! Not only did he offer us a discount when our requested Pacifica was not avail due to a recall, he also extended our drop off time as he was busy and it took a lil while to finish having our car detailed. We wound up with a 2024 VW Atlas and with the exception of a learning curve for “new to me” gear toggle, it was a great ride… just not as spacious as the Pacifica, but what is;)
Even though the action is happening at this location, Nick never rushed us, he took time with everyone and all our questions and concerns addressed professionally. Although I do think they maybe need a “take a number” because some folks just walk right in not paying any attention to the folks that are already waiting.
Anyway, great experience! Here’s a tip, select the gas option from them as their rate was $3.92/g -cheaper than anywhere!!
Thanks to Carl, the detailer too for shuttling us back home after our rental drop off on a nasty rainy day.

“Very friendly, great service, and reasonable prices. I especially appreciated the unlimited mileage for SUVs, which Enterprise doesn’t do on a lot of their SUVs. They even gave me a free upgrade because the car we reserved had an engine warning light on. Excellent job, Budget!!”

“I had an awesome experience with the team here; they were super nice and managed to get me into my car and on the road way faster than I expected. The after-hours drop-off was incredibly easy to handle, though I’d love to see the return area moved to the front of the building in the future. Dropping off in the back when it's dark feels a little sketchy, and having it out front would definitely feel a lot safer for late-night returns. Even with that small suggestion, the service was top-notch and I’ll definitely be back next time I need a ride!”

“I love this location, I always pick up my cars to travel from here and the staff is so nice and warm. Brenda has always been incredible and now Jeremy as well. I've never had a problem with the cars here, they have multiple models to fit any need, most of them are brand new, always in great condition and clean. Drop off has always been super easy and fast as well, and you can't beat the location, instead of driving all the way to the airport this place is super convenient”
