And they washed my car and wiped down the inside. That just really made my day. Edit: I forgot they also cleaned the inside of my windows which were getting mucky. ❤️”

Kristina Graves is a gem! I came in for a simple oil change and realized I actually needed my 60,000-mile service. I told her I’d reschedule, but she immediately said, “We can do it today! And if you can’t wait, we’ll get you a loaner car!”
That kind of thoughtfulness means everything. Kristina could’ve just booked me for another day, but instead, she made my life easier and also saved me another trip.
I'm extremely busy in my life - who isn't? - and this kind of service is what I want in a dealer and in a service provider.
Kristina was kind, thoughtful, and helpful, and I don't see that combo very often. If you're thinking of getting your car serviced, please think of her!”

“I never handle any of the car maintenance were repairs- my husband always does. We unexpectedly needed a battery replaced in one of our cars but my husband was tied up and not able to take the car. He called up there and they said that they would be happy to help. Upon arriving at the store, I spoke with Davin. He was very helpful and explained the different options in batteries. “I'm definitely giving them 5 stars they were very nice and knew exactly what the issue was with my hubby's trust the old alternator killed the new battery and we got a new alternator but the damage was done I never thought a bad alternator could kill a new battery anyway they were so nice to help him and give him a replacement battery and the guy George was really nice so was the other employees I told my hubby from now on we will come to this store from now on they are smart and they don't give you the run around saying I don't know or saying things that's not helpful I recommend anyone coming here they rock ????????”

“I am so happy that my hubby went to advance Auto the people there was so nice and they were up front and honest about their products and they told my hubby which battery was good for the truck that we have it's a 2000 Chevy Silverado 1500 LT they installed a battery for him and so far so good we haven't had any problems we are so happy that we went to them and not O'Reilly's O'Reilly's batteries were terrible and they always would say that it was our vehicle causing a parasitic drainage and it wasn't our vehicle it was their products from now on we will go to advance Auto from now on they are honest true and upfront and treat their customers like they should thank you so much advance Auto for helping out my hubby you guys are the best ??????”
“Well, after reading the other reviews I figured I should share my positive experience. Perhaps they are working at becoming better, because we came back to McCarthy to purchase after driving all over the Kansas City metro area. TJ was kind, and when we experienced a problem similar to what another man mentioned with mechanical issues on day 1 of ownership, with a little insistence on my part (you do have to ask for people to make things right sometimes) they fixed every issue that had risen in a week's time. I think the service department is great (Chris in particular is just about the friendliest guy you'll ever meet) and I feel like my car is finally in good shape. Honestly, they just don't make them like they used to and cars seem to crap out rather quickly these days. We did say no to all the warranties. That's the biggest racket I ever did see. It's like dealerships are banking on the car not making it off the lot. Hogwash I tell ya! But give them a try, I think they're trying to turn things around.”

“Great service, unbeatable prices! If your vehicle requires full synthetic oil changes, this is the place to go. First time, I accidentally chose this location instead of the one near my home. The other shop wouldn't work me in, even though nobody was busy at 4:45 on a weekday. So I came here anyway, a little late, and they got me right in. Second time, got me in on time at 4:30 on a weekday. I added a restoration for a plastic headlight housing I ruined with a solvent, and they brought it back to life! Glad I found this shop by accident... Serendipity.”
