“The minute I walked in to TAUC I felt a caring attitude. I called in at 6 am to get an appointment and was #2 on the list. This is a great benefit and I hope more people find out about it. After talking to the Dr., she thought maybe I needed an ultrasound to make sure that I did not have a blood clot. I was referred to another TAUC across town and had a 3:45 appointment there. Again with a caring attitude, I was taken care of promptly.The ultrasound tech explained everything to me and answered all my questions. After the radiologist read the ultrasound, the Dr.came in and reassured me that I did NOT have a blood clot and I could travel the next day. Both appointments combined took less than 2 hours. I can't imagine how much time I would have spent in an Emergency room.”

“I got to tell you this place needs 10 stars if you could.. I did my test at home on 11/1.. Returned the equipment on 11/2. Buy 11/7 I got the results. Severe Sleep apnea.. Jill had someone drive to my doctors at St Lukes in person. They got the prescription buy noon. Jill called me and said can you get here by one. After Charlie took almost an hour to show me everything about and walked out the door by 2. This place cares about what the do and they go above and beyond to help people sleep. “I got there early and checked in. As there were no other patients there yet, I was immediately taken to the back for my blood test. I appreciated that. My one and only criticism is that Quest recently closed their Bridgeton, MO location which was just over a mile from my house. I had to travel to Florissant, and that is considerably farther away. However, this is an excellent facility with great staff so that helps.”

“Bridgette saved the day. I showed up for my scheduled appointment but the kiosk check-in machine had no record of me. I showed Bridgette my appointment paperwork and she got me in and reported the kiosk problem to her IT people while I was in her office. She is quite a multi-tasker. The world needs more Bridgettes and less ill-tempered kiosk machines!”
“Can't say enough good things about this location! Front desk folks are always pleasant and kind. I was there recently for my Mom, who's 86, to get a CT scan. Tom, the tech who performed the scan, was WONDERFUL!! So patient and gentle with my Mom who has very bad knees and was leary of being flat on her back for the scan. Tom took such good care of her and gave her clear instructions and before we knew it, the scan was over! Very grateful for the way my Mom was treated that day. Thank you!!!”
“My fiance & I always go to this location even though it's not the closest location to us. They're always very friendly & gentle. And as a former IV drug user, I am a very difficult & often impossible stick but I never feel any judgment at all which of course is important to me. Also, they don't use as big of gauges of needles as other locations/places do. Wonderful place and people all around. Will always drive further for this location.”

“I’ve never had problems with lab Corp until this past week. My doctor’s office had problems sending orders for my blood test which has never happened before…now I haven’t received the results which I usually get 1-3 days after being tested.

“I always go here to get my blood drawn. Other doctors can never seem to stick my veins because they're "deep", but the doctors here always get my veins on the first try. My last visit was the least painful drawn I've ever had and it was done by Tracy. She was great! I will continue to go here instead of any other doctors office to get my blood drawn.”
