“Great customer service. They held a telephone that was unfortunately lost which was the reason I had to go out there at the last minute. Considering that they were getting ready to close. They were very respectful, very mannered. They treated me as a customer who was just walking through the door while the store was just opening. Even though the store was getting ready to close. I think them very very very much. They had beautiful words to say they gave words of encouragement. “Dillard's is actually a pretty cool place to shop (guy pov) I got my beddings from here (absolutely loved the products, and how easy the workers made it for me to chose). Today I got a few bottles of cologne and the lady was super nice, helpful, and really engaging. I almost want to come work here it's so cool. I also bought Casio watches for me and my nephews a month ago.”

She was immediately engaging with her friendly greeting. I was impressed with her willingness to listen to my concerns and questions, gathering information on her new client’s needs and working to address these, rather than launching into any high pressure sales script.

“Shannon D. (What the receipt said!) is so sweet. We came and visited from Iowa to see my grandmother who lives in Manchester. She helped my husband apply for a card that he was approved for and she was our cashier every time we came back (I love this store!!) over the 3 days we were in town. She remembered us, made us feel so welcomed and had the nicest smile. She is very good at her job as well. We will definitely be coming back to this location whenever we are in town!!!”

It made us, and of course the cashier uncomfortable and was rude. I felt bad if that’s how he was treated in front of customers, I can’t imagine the treatment in private :/”

“Sometimes shopping at Nordstrom Rack can be a challenge. I found the staff at this location to be exemplary. They were friendly and focused on helping me accomplish my goals. I was treated with respect. Everything was efficient and friendly.”
“I enjoy this place. Ive been there 2 times. Yesterday I browsed for a good hour because there are many different items, from specific eras to look at.
I brought my casserole bottom dish to see if they had a lid to match it. They were friendly and had no problem checking their inventory for one. I found a pyrex dish I liked on sale. So many great things about this place.
I think the prices here are reasonable compared to the 5 antique malls, within the 40 mile radius, and ebay. I will definitely stop by again.”

They also have a small food section (snacks, teas, spices etc.) There is ample parking. The service is welcoming. The prices are standard Marshalls.”
