“I Purchased a brand new G.E. Profile dishwasher from Metro Appliances a couple of years ago and it has been broke down as much as it has worked. Very disappointed.
**UPDATE: Metro Appliances contacted me about my dishwasher issue. After several new major parts were replaced by Metro Appliances the dishwasher still did not operate correctly. Metro Appliances realized the dishwasher was not going to work properly regardless of repairs. Metro Appliances then decided to replace my dishwasher and install it at no extra cost to me. Thank you Metro Appliances for standing behind your products with Amazing customer service after the sale!”

“My condenser fan went out over the holidays. I’m absolutely not an HVAC guy and know very little. I spent hours looking online trying to find a replacement with no luck. When Johnston reopened I called and spoke with Chris. He was absolutely awesome. Not only did he find me the correct replacement in minutes, he took the time to answer all of my questions. The big kicker….they were as cheap or cheaper than I could order online. I can’t recommend them enough!”

“Went to Best Buy to check out some computer parts for an upgrade to my school computer. The place is bigger than I remembered, but in the span of probably 10 minutes I had 4 or 5 different workers approach me and check if I needed help navigating the store. A couple stopped and took time to answer all my novice questions about different computer parts and clarify some things I was confused on. All this while the store was packed with people. Solid employees here.”

“A huge shout out to Cody, JP, Lori and the entire crew who helped us today. Mr. Electric came in to use our rebates to purchase Christmas gifts for our employees. Cody took our 17 page list and started to work. He completed some special orders then divided our lists among a few employees. The AMAZING crew made quick work of pulling all the gifts selected by our employees. They organized the gifts by employee so we could check out each employee's wish list separately.
