“This hardware store has a small town feel. It is dated and a tad bit more expensive, but you get that small town hospitality treatment when you shop here. They make you feel like you are family. Some things are worth paying a little more for depending on what is important to you.”

face shield here. Despite wearing it for every occasion that I can excuse, it still holds up. If you look up the product, you'll see that it's a reasonably well thought out invention. There's really no delinquency in the design or function.
Anyway, things are reasonably stocked, easy to find, and customer service is genuinely helpful.
This store consistently aquieceses to my expectations.”

“For our workout this is our go to for supplies needed to keep the business moving. The stack is always friendly and helpful and making purchases is super easy. If they don’t have it in stock they’ll get it in stock and turnaround time is really short and efficient. We typically purchase online and go into an in-store pick up. That prevents a lot of phone calls and stress when you need something right away. The facilities always organized and maintained very well. Their hours are accommodating and it suits us very well.”

“Had my 24 year old Husqvarna string trimmer serviced here. It’s been acting up for a couple years and even after initially having the original vender I purchased it from go through it at that time, it never ran right. Left it with Small Engine Services in Ralston for a 3 or 4 weeks and picked it up today. Starts right up, runs like a new one and idles like a finely tuned race car!!! Can’t say enough good about this repair shop, I’ll be back w/ other yard equipment that needs some TLC !!! Thanks guys!!”

“First big snow of the year and my snowblower wouldn't start. The staff was great, went outside during the snowstorm to show me and discuss the options, pricing, and they added the oil and gas to start the snowblower to verify it ran. Also, I had no transportation for the snowblower, they delivered it to my house for me!
5 stars!!! Customer service like this is hard to find.”

“Mark is amazing!! Like always!!!!! Brought in some pictures of.what I was doing and it was pretty critical to do due to carbon monoxide poisoning and he was right on it and gave me everything I needed to fix the problem. What he didn’t have he had a solution too! I love this place and I rather support locals than commercial and will always turn to his shop first before going anywhere else. Prices are, in my eyes, cheaper than traveling beyond Plattsmouth; also, on a plus you have local support!!! Thank you so much for helping me fix our exhaust for heating, for now, before calling a professional to come in that would have cost hundreds of dollars.”

“Best lumber yard around. Have materials big box stores don't. And special orders come in quick.Lumber turns over quicker than box stores. Where lumber seems to be more twisted, bowed and lower quality. If your building a house it's the place to go to. Alot of knowledge there also.”

“*update* I know my last review was kind of generic, but the real story comes to service. Yes, they have all the parts. Yes. they have all the little tools and big tools to get the job done. The main thing about this location of a nationwide company is the folks behind the counter. If I bring a piece of broken something, they will make sure I get a proper new piece. Dishwasher inlet valve? Yep. 1 1/4" p-trap? Yep Before my current paid task, I had these guys build me a "drip drum" and the product was better than OEM. The service at this location meets what I expect and I am in the customer service industry to say the least”

I went in for some gardening items...I get coupons in the mail all the time .. so value is important to me....it's convenient and close to home.. they have so many "Big Green Egg" items for our grilling needs..and the staff is always super friendly! Value is just "ok" it's a smaller location but when you're in a hurry Ace usually has it! IF we need a screw or a wrench they have it!”
