“This hardware store has a small town feel. It is dated and a tad bit more expensive, but you get that small town hospitality treatment when you shop here. They make you feel like you are family. Some things are worth paying a little more for depending on what is important to you.”

face shield here. Despite wearing it for every occasion that I can excuse, it still holds up. If you look up the product, you'll see that it's a reasonably well thought out invention. There's really no delinquency in the design or function.
Anyway, things are reasonably stocked, easy to find, and customer service is genuinely helpful.

“For our workout this is our go to for supplies needed to keep the business moving. The stack is always friendly and helpful and making purchases is super easy. If they don’t have it in stock they’ll get it in stock and turnaround time is really short and efficient. We typically purchase online and go into an in-store pick up. That prevents a lot of phone calls and stress when you need something right away. The facilities always organized and maintained very well. Their hours are accommodating and it suits us very well.”

“Got ready to build a deck 4th of July weekend. I had no idea how much wood and other items I would need. Your mill department was helpful. They walked me through the process patiently.I then ended up not keeping everything I purchased. Your customer service department helped me with that process.I really don't like hone improvement projects - so your staffs help made it easier.”
“We are working on a project at home and are having the worst time color matching to our living room. We came in tonight and were helped by a younger guy and he was so so helpful. We came in around 715pm and we know they close at 8pm but he did not make us feel rushed and went above and beyond to help us find the most comparable. “Good for tools you dont want to invest in for quick jobs. Paying 20 to 30 $ for an oddjob tool is nice. Doesnt really have a good selection when it comes to smaller specialty tools. IE hand grout cutter/saw”

“I had never shampooed a carpet in my life...the nice gentleman that works here walked me through the entire process down to dry times and water temps and what chemical to use when. he even told me exactly what to get for my pet mess issue and the whole bill was waaaay under what i wouldve paid elsewhere. Excellent customer service, prices and knowledge. this place is a must.”

“Lowe’s has such an incredible selection of just about anything you need, especially in Spring. The thing that stood out most though, was the service I received a few weeks ago. David was rearranging plants and was kind enough to help me find what I was looking for and helped me through to loading up my trailer. He sure was helpful as I gained several carts full of plants to purchase. After my departure, I headed to the loading area where I waited to be loaded up with my soil. Unfortunately there was a very pretentious woman who demanded to be loaded up first, although she was behind me. Dan handled her with grace and an upfront apology to me, which was not needed. I was in no rush and can understand exactly what he has to deal with on a daily basis. I appreciated the effort Dan took to load me up quickly and efficiently and send me on my way. Give these men a raise!”
“Best lumber yard around. Have materials big box stores don't. And special orders come in quick.Lumber turns over quicker than box stores. Where lumber seems to be more twisted, bowed and lower quality. If your building a house it's the place to go to. Alot of knowledge there also.”
