“Came in to possibly become part of the -ACP PROGRAMLIFELINE PROGRAMWith the help of a experienced friendly worker named "Katherine"Not only did I get signed up for ACP PROGRAM and given a phone prolly normally cost $150-$200.And connected to cricket service plan of 30 a month brand/type of billable service. But only had to pay $10 for the whole transaction to be processed, ( I only had $13) ?? blessings..She also took time to sign my phone up and I walked out the store new phone all apps working and email connected for cricket business and more....ACP is a blessing cuz I was just out the hospital and homeless but got connected on this phone and have been able to start changing my life's position.”

“Joe, the area manager, and his associate were top notch. Joe is one of the best out there and the most competent of people I have dealt with in this industry. He knows phones, the industry, how they are built, specs, etc. He was knowledgeable, helpful and had great customer service skills. Easy to talk to and work with also. I don't know my more people don't go the prepaid route? You get basically the exact same service as the big names but have no contract or commitment tied to the phone service. “Stopped in for some billing questions, my bill has been too high for quite some time, not only was it and inviting atmosphere when I walked in but they took extra time to go over everything I’ve been paying for they set me up with a discount I didn’t even know I was able to get we knocked the bill down quite a bit and I added two watches to the plan still for less than what I was paying previously. They were so friendly and professional , I will definitely be stopping back in. Ivan and Paola were the associates that assisted me.”
“When can I have some service done on my phone and was extremely pleased with the attention I got from the employee. I have been with Boost for 5 years and have not had a single problem. I just had two friends who signed up with Boost because of my recommendation. The price is right, the service is good, and the coverage is fine.... There was a time when the employees and they were not very helpful but they seem to have replaced them. I highly recommend Boost at this time.......”
