“I love living here so far. It’s like living on a vacation resort. The people here are so friendly and I love all of the events they do. It’s been so nice being here with my adult daughter. We love walking over to lemon tree for breastfast and our morning coffee. I’ve made some friends here so far. We’ve only had one issue with a moving company in our building. One of the movers accidentally hit the fire sprinkler and it flooded the area by the elevator causing them to be down. It was an accident by some other neighbors movers. We appreciate the email communications they send out each week since this has happened. It’s been a little over a month and so far they have hired people to help us with moving stuff up and down the stairs, and even gave us money off of the rent. I’ve heard they are helping people move to different apartments too if that’s what they want. I see the elevator techs here everyday replacing parts and servicing the elevators. We couldn’t be happier that they care about us and they make be feel so welcomed. My neighbor and I love living here. So far we have a scheduled card game every week and we help each other grocery shopping. I feel so comfortable here.”

“I toured last week and was shown a 2 bedroom unit by Dina. She was extremely helpful and kind and I appreciated her time. I ultimately decided that wasn't the right area of town for me, (just too far from the places I need to go and a little too fancy for me) but I wanted to give a shout out for the great service. The property is also immaculately beautiful with a massive clubhouse, pools and gym. The apartment upgrades were also breathtaking.
I ended up renting at a different Greystar property because I was impressed by the management!”
“Vestra is truly a special place. I think the staff are really thoughtful in the events they put on and really do try to address issues as soon and best as possible. Maintenance is quick to respond as well. The Smart home set up makes things really easy.
They have onsite, after-hours security that walk the area and they are pretty diligent about keeping unruly behavior to a minimum.
The whole UnCommons community is really unique as well. Soon, you’ll find yourself friends with people who work in the community and sharing your life with them and theirs with you which really is priceless. The open quad provides a kind of quiet sanctuary to hang out in and the weather is perfect to go out on an afternoon or nightly stroll. Right now they have a family friendly pumpkin patch with live music. It’s really super great to be able to walk just a couple minutes to something so fun!
There is construction about but that’s common for Vegas. The quality of the windows are impressively good at dampening out the noise and the work usually ends at 4pm with quiet days on Saturday and Sunday. Nothing a good pair of earplugs can’t keep out if you’re a bit more on the sensitive side like myself.
Even though I did research other apartments in Vegas… I would still chose Vestra for the added security, convenience and overall quality it provides. 5 stars.”
“Been here over 5 years. Relaxed neighbors. A bit overzealous with their rules. Got threatened with a fine for having holiday decorations and having my door propped open for my cat to got out on the balcony (we live on the 2nd floor). Great maintenance guys. Love the head guy.”
“We’ve lived at Cabrillo twice now and we have had great experiences both times. My husband and I were going through a lot of adjustments with 4 young kids and the front office (Jessie, Jazmin, and Isabella) were so gracious the entire time we were there. They were always willing to help with any issues we were having. Aside from the constant smell of marijuana when we stepped out as a family, there were no issues with the apartment or staff. Love it here and love the memories we created.”
“Orange Grove is one of the most fun communities to live in creating a safe environment for children and families to live, also I've been living here 2 years straight and have had no problems, the management is awesome, maintenance is very fast, and also the community gatherings, I love to bring doughnuts and spread joy to the community. Maria is one of the best managers. A safe environment and community for families to live in.”

“Good service, good hygiene and cleanliness of the place, very quiet, I give it four stars because inside the apartments the kitchen and bathroom shelves are very deteriorated and there is a lack of lighting in the rooms.
It is not allowed to have anything in the patio other than plants, when giving notification they must communicate it through email or cell phone and not leave a piece of paper on the door of the apartment that could be lost, or at least let them know that they are going to leave the paper on the door.”

“First of all, I have been living here over 22 years. Carla the Assistant Manager has been exceptional in and out of the office. I was having a problem with a piece of mail that I was just frantically waiting for. The mailman gave her the piece of mail I was waiting for. She immediately called me to let me know that it was with her. I thanked her and she went out of her way after the office closed, to drive over and personally give it to me. I was running behind time to go over to physically get it. I was so appreciative and touched that she knew it was important to bring it to me. I almost cried. Everything I go into the office she always greets me warmly with a smile and always solves what problem I may need to get fixed. A diamond of an employee. Great addition to the company and property. Another diamond of maintenance is Jose. Super thankful and very grateful for his workmanship in what ever needs to be fixed in my apartment. 100% professional and knowledgeable this job. “The staff is all nice and every maintenance request is handled fast. I didn’t notice at move in that you’re charged every month for your assigned covered parking spot, regardless if you park in it or not, so that was another $10-$20 expense added on. Expect to pay around $100 over the rent for community utilities/fees each month & it fluctuates. Wish the gym had longer or earlier hours for us who can’t or don’t like to work out before 8pm. I feel pretty safe here but the surrounding neighborhood is not safe & as a woman I do not recommend walking around outside the gate unarmed. The back gate breaks down a lot, there’s been several car break ins this year & the pools have been out of service just about every week this summer but it happens everywhere.. a lot of residents don’t abide by the community rules. It would be nice if everyone cared enough to pick up after their dogs too but it is what it is. all in all happy we gave it a chance. Large floorplans, washer & dryer, dishwasher, microwave, walk in pantry, larger bathrooms.”

“I recently had knee replacement surgery and my smoke detector batteries went bad. Since I cannot climb a ladder yet, I called maintenance and they were at my apartment in 5 minutes. They changed all the batteries. Every time we need something fixed, repaired or replaced, they act right away and do a great job. Great maintenance team, great staff and a manager that is personable, professional and is there for the residents. Love living here!”

Living at Level 25 at Cactus has honestly raised the bar for what I expect from apartment living. From the moment I toured the community, it was the amenities that completely won me over—and now that I’m here, I can confidently say they deliver far beyond expectations.
Let’s start with the pools—plural. Yes, they really gave us options, and I’m especially obsessed with the heated pool. There’s something about a warm swim on a chilly desert morning that feels downright luxurious. And speaking of luxury, the coffee bar? Total lifesaver. I no longer have to sacrifice time or sanity to get my morning cup of joe—it’s just steps away and always ready, like the reliable best friend I didn’t know I needed.

I also appreciate how the Robin hosts monthly events to help us connect with one another—because who said adulting had to be antisocial? It’s given me the chance to meet some incredible neighbors, all of whom have been refreshingly mature, respectful, and clean. No wild parties at 2 a.m.—just grown-up energy and good vibes.
David, Colleen and Sarah are so welcoming! But perhaps the biggest selling point for me? It’s a smoke-free community. As a parent, nothing gives me more peace of mind than knowing my kids and I can live in an environment that truly prioritizes our health and wellness.

I chose a fully renovated unit and have had minor problems in which maintenance responded next day. There are cameras all over the property and security actually does walk throughs..
