Avis Car Rental Las Vegas operates one of the world’s best‑known car rental brands. The desk is located beside the check‑in counter and the counter is located in the MGM resort main lobby. The parking is in 5th floor of MGM sled parking. The service was great and the staff was helpful. The car was very clean, fueled and in good running condition. Fast response, good selection and easy to extend the rental. No issues with the rental and a smooth ride.

Ordered our rental in advance, but their system was down when we arrived. Customer service handled it well given the circumstances. However we did not get the car that we reserved due to none of the EVs being fully charged- none of them. As a result our rental was a non EV.

Booked the car 45 minutes before I went downstairs. Desk agent was super friendly. I was a little concerned about all the negative reviews but it was a seamless process! Highly recommend!

We were able to rent a vehicle for the day without a reservation. Very reasonable prices.
