    I know a lot of the reviewers here have had bad experiences but thankfully we didn't. Pickup was quick, easy and convenient. No issue with dropoff or charges. Nice way to grab a car for a day or two!

    We only drove 40 miles and are aware that anything under 75 miles gets charged automatic gas fee so we always give our gas receipt. We put in $15 gas, left the receipt with them and STILL got charged almost $20 for gas. I will call and take care of it but this shouldn’t happen. Very frustrating!!

    I rented from the Mandalay Bay at 10 am on June 24th. the agent was knowledgeable and friendly. her service was excellent. My only concern was the car was dirty. It was smeared all over including the windows. It looked as though it was attempted to wash, but with a dusty rag that left dusty smears all over.
