I have boarded with them since they took over the business and have consistently had a great experience. They are responsive, great dog people, and provide outstanding service. You got to have the Go Home Bath add-on!

1758 U.S. Hwy 395 N Suite A, MindenAfter moving back down to the Carson Valley, Shoe Tree is one of my favorite establishments in the area. The staff are all friendly and the atmosphere is very welcoming. The beers are fantastic, and their brewers do some really interesting things with the craft. They brew everything from light, accessible lagers to imperial stouts and triple IPAs. For those that don't like beer, they make a selection of cocktails and have wine in the fridge. They also make slushy drinks on occasion. I've been to a lot of craft breweries in the states, but this place is still one of my favorites. Stop by for a pint, or grab a 4-pack to go.

1644 U.S. Hwy 395 N, MindenThe bartenders are super friendly and fast. Food is always good. Had the house salad, calamari and pizza. It was all good. Not spectacular, but tasty. The only improvement I can think of for the pizza is the crust is a little soggy, but it still taste great. The calamari was super crunchy, not tons of meat in eat, but tasty. The garlic dip sauce with thr calamari was delicious. The salad was fresh and darn big. Large salad was plenty enough for 2 people.
We gambled 80 bucks and was comped for 3 drinks.
