“I needed to make a payment before the new 5pm closing time for all Reno Sparks branches on my credit card. I was close to the Rancharrah location. It has plenty of free parking and it's easy to get to. The place is spacious and super clean inside. The teller handled my payment quickly and courteously.It had one other person leaving as I was coming in close to 5 pm on a Monday.”
“I only use the bank to deposit cash. Eduardo, one of the cashiers, does a good job.Only gripe I have - The Merrill Lynch fella leaves a couple minutes before close. I get it's only a couple minutes but I got there at 4:30 done with Eduardo by 4:45 (i bring in a lot of tip money so it takes a while) and would've liked to talk to the guy for just a minute about my finances till they closed at 5.”

“Just opened an acct there. I felt I was well taken care of yes it looks like 3 people are doing multiple jobs but it's like that everywhere right now. Yes fees are abundant in the fine print it's on me to understand what I signed. Just left a bank with just as many fees. My Walmart card erases my earned cash back every month I use my overdraft protection which right now is every month and they don't need the money finally my propane ran dry so they just charged me $100 for that and said they couldn't come to fill until next Thursday so 1 week. It's snowing and 30 so no guess what for another 100 they came today so total $512 it lasts 1.3 mo. So anyone out there who is low income under 30k and never pays a fee hats off my friend bravo”

He was patient and kind and even though corporate placed him on hold for over 30 minutes- he talked to us and helped us sort through everything. It was beyond refreshing as we have met with unkind people one after another during this process. Thank you Michael! You truly were incredible!”
“We went to this branch my partner and I. She has an account here I do not and bank through another institution. We deposited a large check into her account and had an amazing bank teller inform us that it could be denied but deposited anyways. Our money was available the next day on Friday. Emilie was the one who took care of us and we are very grateful for her assistance and she was very informative about the pros and cons.
