It took a very short time to get the key and get the car from the nearby parking spot.
The car was clean inside and out and had a full tank of gas.

We rented here instead of the RNO airport to save a couple hundred dollars. Note if you want to do the same: although it's less than a mile walk from baggage claim to this Enterprise location, the "sidewalk" is terrible. There is space for a sidewalk, so you're not walking directly on the road shoulder, but it is not smooth concrete and really beat up our luggage wheels. At night it was not lit well, and we were glad to have our flashlights.
One disappointment with our rental - though we chose a full-size car with our reservation, we were "upgraded" to a small SUV. This was actually a downgrade since we were given a Buick Encore. I know I can't complain too much about Buick since this isn't a Buick review, but come on Enterprise, this is not an upgrade from a full-size car! The trunk size on the Encore was smaller than a full-size car. Its power on the mountains of Tahoe was lacking. And there are several very annoying features to the Encore that were not desirable. Now we know, next time we won't accept a Buick Encore.
Overall, happy with this rental and Enterprise is super reliable and easy to work with. No surprise costs - thank you for that! - and customer service is always smooth.”

“Picking up the car was a breeze. They even let me choose between two available cars even though I selected the “manager’s choice” option when I made my reservation. Instructions for dropping it off were a little hazy. I did it wrong, but they let me slide. Could have been a little more helpful with the woman in a wheelchair in the freezing cold (that would be me!), but I won’t hold it against you since you were obviously short-staffed. Oh, & the car was out of wiper fluid. I had to stop to clean the windows a couple of times after getting behind trucks on the icy/snowy/salty road to Sacramento & back. All in all, a decent experience. Got me where I needed to go on $35/gas. Would recommend.”

“Extremely helpful staff. I did have a issue with a rental car that wouldn't start. Calling for roadside assistance was a nightmare. Trying to reach someone in the United States to discuss what occurred was impossible. My issue was with roadside assistance, not the local staff.”
“Great service, very quick and efficient, the staff is friendly and professional. I did have a tire issue, didn't know that was common with this location, I did pay a fee for the tire repair but i think that comes with using the vehicle. It could happen in any vehicle, anywhere, and it only happen one time. Phone service for roadside help was quick and efficient. I rent from them all the time and i will continue to. Way better than going to the airport where they have extremely long lines and you have to go through a FBI background check.”
“We arrived in Reno Thursday night, but I knew we wanted to go to Lake Tahoe the next day.
I made a reservation via price line and got a fair price.
The enterprise desk was easy to find , even for someone who wasn’t staying at the Silver Legacy Casino.
Knight was the associate on duty and he couldn’t have been more accommodating. Although I had asked for a Rogue, he offered me a free upgrade to the Ford F150.
That was a good call as the F150 handled the mountain roads on the way to Tahoe with ease. And I had a lot of fun driving it.
I cannot recall the lovely lady who checked me back in when I dropped it off, but she explained everything about the deposit well and was assured the deposit would drop off in 24 hours.
My only criticism, and there may not be anything that you can control but the drop off on the 10th floor of the casino garage was a little nerve racking. Can you negotiate with the casino to have the pick up or at least the drop off at street level?
If there was a street level drop off and pick up I didn’t see and obvious signs for it. But again I’m sure the casino controls this.

“Renting a car with them was pleasant, easy and relatively quick for being in the airport. The gentleman who helped me at the front desk was friendly, gave me options of a brand new vehicle and explained everything nor was he pushy on extras. The only thing that was a little confusing and why I gave it 4 instead of 5 stars was the drop off piece. They had so many people dropping off the cars and only one man reviewing the cars so I had to hunt him down and get his attention to give him the keys.”

“Rented a newer Kia K4 out of Eugene, OR and drove to visit Crater Lake, Redwoods and Lassen NPs. No issues with the car at all. Very nice ride. Turned it in in Reno which was a breeze. The turn-in at the airport was well marked and made turning in very easy. Put on 1,083 miles and gotta give kudos to budget for making this part of the trip go off without a hitch.”
