Independent Specialists of Reno is a trustworthy and professional auto repair shop. Customers describe it as a great place, an honest shop that does honest work, and the real deal. The team is known for being especially trustworthy, professional, and transparent, always explaining what is going on with a vehicle. They do a fine job, a quality job, and are considered dependable.
Reviews highlight specific work like bulletproofing a Powerstroke diesel engine and servicing Subarus and Hondas. The work is done quickly and professionally for a really good price and a fair price, giving customers peace of mind. Many state they will be bringing all their vehicles there from now on, with some regretting not finding the shop sooner. It is highly recommended, though customers should note that while diagnostics can be swift, scheduling major repairs may involve a significant wait time.
