“When our phone screen wouldn't come on we brought it to CPR in Salem NH. Technician Nick respectfully listened to our concerns and gave us a fair estimate for the most likely repair needed,replacing the screen and cable. When that did not resolve the issue, and further diagnosis was done, it was determined that the issue was a failed mother board in the phone, and that replacing the phone would be the most cost effective solution. At the end, what a surprise it was that we were not given a bill, even for the diagnostic work that had been performed! A great job by an awesome crew! Our thanks to all! Dave & Kathy S.”

“The At&T at Tuscan village provides out of this world service. Justin is a hidden gem. He was able to answer all my questions, was extremely kind and patient. He was even able to save me some money and didn’t mind the time it took to help me out. He went out of his way to say hello to everyone and help when he could and the store got very busy. “Great experience at the Manchester NH office on 8/1/25. After 24 years with US Cellular, and using the Milford, NH store for our customer service needs, we decided to try the Manchester NH office. The guys there were great. Our longtime experience at Milford had been TERRIBLE. Multiple associates over the years had been unhelpful and had us thinking of car salesman types. But the guys at the Manchester store were so much nicer.

Joe and his team went above and beyond to provide me with exceptional service, helped me to push my rebates, and discounts through and cut my bill $75 bucks a month with the same service and features.
I drove from Boston to save on taxes, but I will continue to return to this store because of the level of service Tuscan Village provided, as well as the experience store itself.

“I could not find the review that I posted. I made a mistake on that review it was not Tarboro store. It was the Greenville store that let someone make a purchase on my account it has been a week now and I've got the runaround from the 611 number the fraud department etc. and the only person that has kept their word and try to help me fix anything is Dexter in the Tarboro store and he had nothing to do with the situation so my apologies to you Dexter for putting the wrong store down and thank you Dexter for reaching out and keeping your word and explaining so much more to me. My apologies for making a mistake about the store.”

“Owner and store employee watched me struggle on crutches trying to open door. This set the mood for my initial visit. Once in and being helped tho things changed for the better. “Have a couple iPhones with Consumer Cellular and performed the QR Code E-Sim install (the switch from T-Mobile to AT&T piggyback cell tower network) using telephone support everything went very smoothly. After the switch my wife could not call me! Kept going direct to a message my mailbox is not setup! After 2 days of pulling my hair out with telephone support and I don't have any hair my CC rep made an appointment at this Target Mobile location. I consider myself very tech savvy what can they do that I can't? Turns out there was a conflict between the E-Sim install and old physical Sim Card in each phone. When Jacob viewed settings/cellular he could see the old Sim's and immediately removed our cases and took out the old physical Sim Cards, then the extra Sim’s could be deleted from settings/cellular! Like magic my wife can call me now everything working great! The next day I did have to reset my mailbox again and I lost my Visual Voicemail. Two More calls to CC help (make sure you get troubleshooting) my Visual Voicemail was restored! Kudos to Jacob at Target Mobile 203 S Broadway, Salem, NH location CC do not lose Jacob and give him a raise!”

“I went into the Londonderry Verizon twice in the last week. Jenna helped me save 40% on five items and switch two phones from xfinity to Verizon and activate a new line purchase.. I also worked with Steve who helped me trade my old phones in, get my rebates and sign up for my programming.. both representatives were very knowledgeable and professionals, waiting on a 60 year old guy who isn’t that technological savvy.. they were a gods end and gods gift to the elderly.. they deserve a bonus and should be running the store..”
