“I don't know how I did it, but somehow, I accidentally (thought I had) deleted all of my calendar events on my phone. Online help could not solve the problem, and although I thought I had, I in fact had not backed my phone. Three years past and another three in the future of my (un-backed-up events) gone! Yikes! So, I went to my local T-Mobile store in Londonderry, NH looking for a miracle. Upon entering the store, I was greeted by a very nice lady named (I think) Zamaira. She patiently heard me out and indicated that this did not look good, but she summoned her co-worker, (whose name I believe was Angel), to try to help. Together, we conveyed to him what had taken place. This veryknowledgeable fellow understood the problem, and within about 30 seconds, not only fixed the problem, but was able explain to me what went wrong, so that I could avoid any future repeat performance. I was indescribably relieved and grateful! Thank you T-Mobile! So, guess who is setting automatic back-up on all systems right now, tonight? Yup, you bet I am!”
“Switched to T-Mobile after a disaterous run with Verizon. Joe and his team have great experience and service acumen. Joe and his team went above and beyond to provide me with exceptional service, helped me to push my rebates, and discounts through and cut my bill $75 bucks a month with the same service and features.
I drove from Boston to save on taxes, but I will continue to return to this store because of the level of service Tuscan Village provided, as well as the experience store itself.

It was the Greenville store that let someone make a purchase on my account it has been a week now and I've got the runaround from the 611 number the fraud department etc. and the only person that has kept their word and try to help me fix anything is Dexter in the Tarboro store and he had nothing to do with the situation so my apologies to you Dexter for putting the wrong store down and thank you Dexter for reaching out and keeping your word and explaining so much more to me. This is the best experience I have had… Christian and Zae.(sp?) are both stellar reps , a 10 in terms of overall professionalism, and I must say, are both positively representative from a branding standpoint.. They were so efficient, and super knowledgeable. I went in with multiple issues due to working with a different location who put a phone under my sister‘s name, accidentally added charges that I did not authorize etc. etc. they fixed everything and they are the best . “Have a couple iPhones with Consumer Cellular and performed the QR Code E-Sim install (the switch from T-Mobile to AT&T piggyback cell tower network) using telephone support everything went very smoothly. After the switch my wife could not call me! Kept going direct to a message my mailbox is not setup! After 2 days of pulling my hair out with telephone support and I don't have any hair my CC rep made an appointment at this Target Mobile location. I consider myself very tech savvy what can they do that I can't? Turns out there was a conflict between the E-Sim install and old physical Sim Card in each phone. When Jacob viewed settings/cellular he could see the old Sim's and immediately removed our cases and took out the old physical Sim Cards, then the extra Sim’s could be deleted from settings/cellular! Like magic my wife can call me now everything working great! The next day I did have to reset my mailbox again and I lost my Visual Voicemail. Two More calls to CC help (make sure you get troubleshooting) my Visual Voicemail was restored! Kudos to Jacob at Target Mobile 203 S Broadway, Salem, NH location CC do not lose Jacob and give him a raise!”
