“Great experience with Matt to help my 17 year old get fitted for insoles for his flat feet. My son was very impressed and we were well informed and taken care of. Great service!”
“Received excellent help and information for Jenn! She was incredibly informative, and was happy to provide recommendations when needed! Walked out with a pair of shoes and inserts, very happy with my experience!”
“Great shop overall but they stand out for their boot selection and fitting, highly recommend.
Picked up a pair of K2 recon 140’s here, great boot but had a manufacturing defect. The guys at Ken Jones took care of it and handled all of the warranty stuff for me. And I got to keep the original liners.
Top tier service never had a bad experience here”
“I went in for a bike fitting today and it was one of the more pleasant customer service interactions I’ve had in Concord. Tim is a very nice man and quick to the point. He took my measurements so I could get a new, properly sized seat, and got me something that was immediately more comfortable. Will be going back for more accessories in the future for sure!”
“This place is great representation for the sport! The woman working was super nice, great to chat with, and gave me some good tips on courses nearby. Disc selection was good.”
“I walked in to purchase missing channel nuts for my snowboard. The clerk not only gave them to me free of charge but he setup the bindings. They have excellent customer service. There is also a great selection of gear inside the store. I did end up purchasing a sweet helmet for my attire. Overall great store, I suggest checking them out”
“I've seen this gun store when I drive by, I decided to give it a visit I need to res stock anyway. Alex is very welcoming and helpful, Alex helped me find most of the stuff I needed. He is very professional also knowledgeable. Alex told me everything i needed to know on MOS handguns. Good place to shop, very polite and welcoming environment.”
“My son needed a new soccer ball and the two we bought prior from another store were defective. Very friendly staff and assisted my son and I in purchasing an awesome quality ball! I couldn't believe how much gear they have in there for multiple sports! Definitely will return for other needs.”
“The gentleman at the store was very funny, kind and helpful! He is very handsome too, to be honest ? He helped me with deciding on the leggings and give me the deal they have. He definitely has a taste of fashion. I will come back for sure!”
“The service is top of the line!! Spencer has been incredibly good to me! Helped me find the right quality and right price for my mens softball team's uniforms!! Highly recommend this place!!”

“CSG Hockey has everything I believe you need for hockey and then some. Thru are knowledgeable and their store is full of equipment. I work with a baseball team that has been going here for a few years now to get uniforms, helmets, bats, catchers gear, and all the equipment we need. The jerseys and uniform products have been very custom and have come out fantastic every time. If you need uniforms, equipment, or swag go here and you won't be disappointed. In all my organizations I've been part of you 100% get what you pay for and good quality products is worth a little more up front.”
“It's very rare that I make it to the mall of New Hampshire being that I live over an hour away up north in the lakes region today I was welcomed and greeted with such a friendly demeanor that it was overwhelmingly refreshing to receive that I couldn't stop smiling before my purchase and after my purchase!!
Not only did I go in there and got exactly what I wanted, but it was so awesome being able to be helped and taking care of so swiftly with such kindness and professionalism.
JOLina s by far one of the best employees you have on the team She carries herself like a full-blown adult and you can definitely tell she is a younger GenZ, but even with that being said, it is very rare that I run into people with such a professional demeanor throughout the transaction thank you again for today you made me and my daughter's day !! And our back to school sneakers bucket list achieved !!”
“I’ll now praise this as our favorite DSG forever! They truly care about their customers, (and their kids!) The manager Sean went above and beyond for our family.”

“I am impressed how knowledgeable the staff was with the Thule line. They helped me pick out all the right parts and gave me some great tips for installation. And the staff were really nice and friendly. I enjoyed my experience.”
“Joe King's has a large variety of beautiful leather shoes/sneakers, etc.
Love my Hoka sneakers. You can find good deals in the basement and also sneakers on clearance. They have a rewards program that can save you money as well.
Staff is helpful and friendly. I appreciate that. A nice black and white framed photo honoring Joe King at the register! ❤
Check them out!”
“Just want to thank the staff at Dick's in Manchester, NH for an issue I had with the re gripping of golf clubs I brought in. The courtesy and professionalism they showed towards me was greatly appreciated. Again thank you to Chris and his staff. They will always be my go to store for golf and other sporting needs I have.”
“Got my newest pair of winter boots here a few months ago. Just was in there on black Friday and the pair I almost bought for my son were still on the sale rack, he tried them on and liked them best. When I got to the register the employee helped look up my name and was able to apply both coupons in my email- 20% off and a $5 savings because of my own boots purchase! I was extremely satisfied he went above and beyond to help me get the extra savings. I barely had the money to spend in the first place!”

“I love bass pro shops. Great selection, service, and employees. However, I was here on Tuesday 8-18-26. I was looking to get a saltwater spinning reel for surf fishing. I was particularly looking at the Bass pro tightline spinning reel model 7000. I went over to the wall where they had the in stock reels. I didn't see a model 7000 tightline reel. I asked an older gentleman behind the fishing counter if there was any 7000 models left. He said whatever is on the wall. About 5 minutes later, the older gentleman left and another younger employee came behind the counter. I asked the younger employee if there was any 7000 models left. He took the demo model 7000 and scanned it with the device and said Yes, we have a few in the back. He goes to the back and comes out with a model 7000. The young employee that helped me seemed a little slow, but was more than happy to help me. Such a gentleman. So the older man was obviously too lazy to go in the back to find what I was looking for. Unreal. So just be aware that there might be 1 employee who is lazy.”
