I got a pair of boots and I used them for one day and they were just the wrong size for me (my fault) and the lady at the front still took them back and let me exchange for a new pair! Amazing customer service.”
“I enjoy skateboarding and walking a lot, and Vans are one of my favorite brands of shoes. Went into the store and found two awesome pairs of new/old school kicks, great sale prices. Friendly and helpful employees. I feel like the shoelaces could be a little longer. Pins are my own art...but I did see they sold a pair with pins on them as well.”

“Got my newest pair of winter boots here a few months ago. Just was in there on black Friday and the pair I almost bought for my son were still on the sale rack, he tried them on and liked them best. When I got to the register the employee helped look up my name and was able to apply both coupons in my email- 20% off and a $5 savings because of my own boots purchase! I was extremely satisfied he went above and beyond to help me get the extra savings. I barely had the money to spend in the first place!”
