Had zero clue what connector thingy I needed. Walked in looking like a confused potato.
Staff didn’t judge. Instead, explained every part I pointed at like a grill guru with a PhD in propane science. Even taught me the difference between a regulator and a thingamajig (technical term, obviously).
Got the right part. BBQ now works. I now feel 12% handier.”

No way could I have called or walked into a major retailer like Home Depot or Lowes and received the support ( that's beyond service) that I received from this family-owned business. I called, they listened and dispatched a well qualified family member to my home ASAP to correct a plumbing issue. I have never seen anything like it.
