I took it to the xfinity store where it was purchased, spent a lot of time on the phone with Samsung support and a regular computer fix shop. Finally ending up in IBreakufix. I'm so happy we went there. Michael was the absolute best!! My phone and computer are fixed and he gave the best customer service ever! Very patient and knowledgeable. I have another device the needs service and I plan to return to this location because of the great customer service he provided.”

I normally ask a lot of questions about my devices prior to purchasing them. I had every question answered without attitude and to the best of everyone's knowledge in the store.
