“If I can give them more then 5 stars I would!!!!!! I went in yesterday to switch sim card customer service messed up my whole account and didn't want to correct it thanks for Alexis and quin they helped me get my bill back to where it was supposed to be. Customer service acted like they didn't do anything wrong and they did. I was there for two hours to fix my account and all that for a simple switch of a sim card . But like I said I absolutely love this place I've been a customer forever and will always be but customer service better get it together”

“The rep was extremely helpful! I couldn't have asked for better help! AT&T over the phone allowed me to place an order on 5 different occasions! And then cancelled it each and every time for foolishness ! Which resulted in me losing out on money waiting for return fees! The rep got me my new phone with no issues! AT&T didn't care to help me out at all smh”
