βDuring my visits, I experience good customer service; employees are kind and helpful with navigating the store. The Veggie sandwich is tasty though I think one may need to request specific ingredients because I ask for all vegetables and receive salt, pepper, lettuce, vinegar, and onions in-between bread. I'm enjoying the sandwich as is though wondering about how the chef might comprehend what I mean by all vegetables. During my visits, the store tends to have quality peanuts for sale, which taste really good with the after taste of vinegar, to me. The store accepts different forms of payment.β
βThe husband and wife running this store are very enterprising. Itβs like there is nothing in grocery that they donβt have. I went with my wife and we canβt take our eyes off the rich shelves. I had to run out of the place before my wife could finish all my money in the store. I rate the couples highlyβ
βI love coming here I'm new to the area and my husband and I come in every 2 weeks we're always greeted with a smile the staff is really nice we enjoy getting things you rarely can find like sugar cane and the shelves are always stackedβ

When I come here, I pick up the lasagna and make the best veggie lasagna.

βNICE, but was a little bummed that they don't have the self serve coffee and icees anymore. But, I get it. Still a plus because of the nice freezer section and fresh produce options.β

βThe store is usually stocked when i go. Small produce section, they Have butchers on site, Frozen area could use some more attention. They have the basic cleaning needs. Lottery area and toiletries. They also offer cooking utensils and an international isle. Only bad part is its smells a bit weird by the loading/ delivery area and that is near some of the meat.β

βDuring my visit, I experience good customer service; employees are helpful with navigating the food options and kind. For the most part, I opt for Vegan options. Even so, being hungry, seeking a high protein meal, of bodega quality (note, every bodega offers differentlyβthis particular bodega has delicious home-style cooking available like a mini-restaurant), and in the area (with no lunch from my living quarters), I decide to visit Primos. During my visit in the fourth week of March in 2026, there is no formal menu, so ordering happens visually and vocally. The hamburger (with everything on it aside from mayo) on a classic bakery roll, soft and warm when ready, torta-like, is tasty: every bite of the burger is a delicious balance of savory and sweet, the ketchup and onions are dominant flavors, though not overly dominant over the other flavors. The outside of the Cheese Empanada with meat is crunchy though not hard. The center portion of the empanada contains the bulk of the ingredients from where the flavors branch from, there is a Black Pepper-ish flavor which seems to deepen as well as douse the cheese flavor. So, the after taste of this meal option is like one coherent tasty empanada flavor more so than just one over dominant ingredient's flavor. The Red Bean Soup really really supplements the overall meal well though may prove well on its own. The soup is so good after everything else I think about taking a picture of the soup when almost done with the soup due to enjoying the vegetable mixing in the thicker than thinner broth which has a Sloppy Joe-ish sweetness! Every portion of the meal is easy to chew and swallow. The establishment takes different forms of payment. There is no seating area in the store for patrons.β

βThe employees were extremely friendly. It was very busy so I understand it took a little bit longer to come out. The outside seating area was clean for the most part, but it was busy again and they had Police nearby which made you feel safe. The atmosphere was great and the food was so delicious. I recommend this place to anybody who wants to try some very quality Ecuadorian and Colombian food. It is absolutely the best in town so far. I got the most regular dish. Bandeja paisa… it was very tasty and I was able to actually split it up between 3 people. this plate that I have a picture of down there was just my little portion, but check out the menu. This was 9.5/10 … so 5/5 google ….EDITED FOOD TASTE THIS DAY only! *they have a lot of other stuff 2. I am stuffed. Edited to add second visit got five dollars added in less than a couple weeks. No good service ppl need to be consistent with prices I did not change anything about the order from last time. Please disregard the salad picture in here because it doesn’t come with any salad or vegetables. That’s what really topped off the meal for me personally. And when they tried to give me a salad, it was just plain old lettuce, tomato, and onion. It wasn’t the yummy salad side that they gave me last time. When I showed them the picture they were dumbfounded, the girl with the blue shirt at the front, who I think was the manager, God forbid could not even go in the back and say hey what is this salad side that this customer is talking about? Please come look at the picture. She’s paying five dollars and she wants it and she’s been here before. Maybe you wanna keep a customer ??? however that did not happen. Customer service needs to improve and tell the front of house workers not to talk about the customers in Spanish just because they appear that they are not Spanish. It’s a really bad optics!β
