βI have had my belongings at Life Storage for 7 years. During that time I have had nothing but positive experiences whenever I need assistance from management. Rich is kind, courteous, informative and always very helpful. Would highly recommend this facility. Postscript to my original review. This is a very clean well kept facility with management that is very attentive and responsilbe. I am now in my 12th year having had a multitude of different rooms over the years and the service has been nothing short of stellar. The new manager Jay is wonderful and is always available for assistance. Great storage facility!β

Out of all the storage places I have visited and encountered, this one definitely is the absolute best one. I highly recommend getting a unit here if you need one. I especially recommend speaking with Curtis, he will guide you and accommodate you the best way possible! He answered all of our questions and concerns and even gave us advice on the best way to go about with certain things. This man for sure deserves a raise and big recognition by the company!!β

βI rented with Extraspace storage a month ago. They sold this property and for a moment I panicked (the app didn’t work, I couldn’t get through the AI customer service) but after I did, the service was good. I got a receipt, a new code. It all sounds legit, and the rate stayed the same.β
βState-Wide Moving was able to assist us with our move from Hightstown to another place in New Jersey. The team loaded our delicate items and safeguarded our furniture and belongings in the truck. During the move, there were no breaks or scratches.β
βMy experience was good. I meet a very nice lady Veronica, just like Debbie who used to work there. Veronica, she helped me to Download the app for the gate. Good customer service 👍β
βSpoke to Heena and she assisted me so well throughout my registration. Very helpful in showing my mother the unit prior to renting. Helena was super helpful and professional. I did a 6 month stay and if she continues to assist me I wouldn't mind staying with Extra Space Storage for a longer time! Thank you!β
βCubesmart over the years have been inflating the price, I brought up my concerns about the business practice and customer satisfaction going a long way. Omar Roberto, who was there to train another manager, listened to my grievances, and by time I was leaving he found a better suited container for a third of cost. You don't get that with automation. I appreciate that and it will keep me as a customer for longer.β
βIβve been a member for 2+ years now and I could say Iβm being taken care of with any issue or problem by Kimberly. Anytime I had an issue small or big, she lead her staff to bring me the best answer and even caring for you on a personal level. THANK YOU KIM AND KEEP BEING GREATβ

βBoth drivers that dropped and picked up the containers were really great at what they did. The driver that dropped off tried many different ways before they were able to get the container securely in my driveway with wooden boards. Also customer service got me a good discount when my order didn't reflect the ongoing offers. I just needed storage when my home was being renovated. Definitely recommend as it was cheaper than the current popular brand of containers.β
