“This was the best Uhaul I’ve ever used! Mainly because Matt was so kind. I had a family emergency and he helped me brainstorm contingency plans. Then without my asking at all, he waived the fee for an extra day - their system was down so he did it for the inconvenience. Would go here every move if I could!”

“The locker facility itself is good and the protocol is straightforward. Very well kept and the system is organized. However, the customer service is lacking. They are impossible to reach by phone and seem to take extra long lunch breaks. When I went in person, the associate there was incredibly slow, not knowing how to use the scanner, and talked my ear off, explaining every single thing that I did not need to know. However, it got the job done.”

He leaves no stone unturned explaining the details of the lease, the protocols and expectations, and how to manage your own experience when leasing a storage unit.It is a relief and breath of fresh air to have this high standard, friendly, customer centric level of customer service from a business. The property is clean and the units are well kept.”
