“Five stars for the 3 Ps1)Punctual - Arrived at 2:33pm & the office door was locked. The sign said they would reopen at 2:40 pm, but we went to sit in the car as it was a windy, chilly day. A few minutes later a car drove up & at 2:40 pm we were in the building.2)Professional - After introducing himself, Derek confirmed that the size unit we had chosen would work well, answered several other questions & began writing us up.3)Personable - I had read some reviews before choosing Metro & had to smile as they were so good & all mentioned Derek. “The location is very good and facility is well maintained. The staff members are also really very very helpful. The only complaint I have is they keep raising the prices every 6 months. So over a period of time it starts to become very expensive. If you reach out to the manager, he helps out in bringing the price down but it still gets expensive. Other than that, its been really great.”

“I used this place to rent 4 Uboxes for my long distance move to Utah and they are the best. The guy who drops off the Uboxes placed them where I needed them and picked them up when I was done. Saved a lot of money and headaches by using a Ubox over driving a truck myself or using a moving company.”
“Amazing Company, Super Knowledgeable. They moved my aunt down to be closer to family and it wasn't an easy job, but they handled everything so amazingly. Tara was the best, answered all my aunts questions and worries. My aunt was super happy. They moved everything with care and made sure my aunt had nothing to worry about. “The fact that the estimated milage was NOT readjusted upon return (67 miles LESS then estimated) and money for less milage was not readjusted was NOT anticipated or appreciated. I view this as unfair. The return location was excellent and they made the return simple. Money back was expected but did NOT occur.”
“I have used this storage facility off and on since they opened many years ago. They are 5 Star facility...why you might ask...they are SUPER CLEAN and they take PRIDE in maintaining the facility. Dust.??? What's that. It would be hard to find here. Lighting, access, ease of moving items in and out...no problem. If you're fortunate enough to get a unit here, you will not be disappointed.”
