“Cubesmart over the years have been inflating the price, I brought up my concerns about the business practice and customer satisfaction going a long way. Omar Roberto, who was there to train another manager, listened to my grievances, and by time I was leaving he found a better suited container for a third of cost. You don't get that with automation. I appreciate that and it will keep me as a customer for longer.”
