“Friendly and Very easy to work with, handy to have moving supplies for sale at the Philly Pike location, and the facility is clean and quiet. One suggestion would be to try to keep the parking lot free of glass by the doors and first few rows of parking spaces. We all know accidents happen and people drop things as they are moving, but sometimes may not be
so polite as to clean up their own broken pieces. Aside from that I would recommend this facility wholeheartedly!”

“I needed to empty my work van immediately because I found a buyer and drove to the nearest storage facility to rent a unit, only to find a sign saying it was closed. I was so disappointed. I took another look at the sign and it gave a phone number to call for assistance. Reluctantly, I called the number and was able to talk to someone right away. What a pleasant experience on the phone. I talked to a woman by the name of Sandy (I think), and was able to rent a unit right away. I had access to the unit immediately without the big hassle I anticipated. The agent was efficient, personable and professional. I must say, she is an asset to this company. It is very rare to get someone on the phone who has all of those great qualities. Calling the number and reaching the person I did to take care of business made my whole week. Couldn't have been any better!”

“They delivered a large table to my home today. It is an old house so it's never easy to get anything to the second floor. Steve and his assistant were happy to get the table up through the many twists and turns involved it getting it to its new home. They were incredibly helpful. It seemed there was no obstacle they weren't willing to handle. Looking forward to hiring them again.”

“Would be nicer if could have access to units 24/7 or at least sometime past 5pm because if working til 5:30pm during the week makes things difficult. The process of getting a unit and then moving out of a unit was great! Just the app didn't let me upload photos so had to go to the office to complete the move out process.”
