“I like the one on hook rd I haven't really had any issues. However I'm a long term rental iv been there almost 3 years the site says that they offer long term rental discounts however every time I ask about a discount they never give me one and over the 3 years my payment has gone up it use to be less then 200 now I pay 211. This place would be great if they offered discounts”

“Quick online service. Issue of the offer advertising that 1st month is free but did not honor it exactly. I was told by customer service that the free month is issued on the date of purchase until the first of the following month. So if you reserve on the 29th of the month, you only get one to two days free, until you are charged for the following month, on the 1st. So, not 30 days free.”

“Have to sing the praises of Hopkins & Sons Inc. From the first contact with Chris Rohrer to the final delivery out of state they were topnotch! Carly was super helpful in planning the move. The crew were outstanding! Tony, Mike, Dom and KG were super! They packed us and loaded everything on. They worked tirelessly and with good humor despite the heat and long day. On the delivery end, Tony, Mike again along with Tony (younger) worked hard and despite the heat and long way around for the basement items kept a sense of humor. All these workers were professional and had a strong work ethic. Can't say enough good things about them. Everything has arrived in good condition. Highly recommend Hopkins & Sons.”

I’ve had my unit for about a month now and in the last week I have been contemplating moving to another storage unit place due to feeling like the price I pay is a bit high. Just when I started to explore other options, I received the kind of customer service that made my 100-and-some-odd dollars a month well worth it ! The other day an acquaintance left a good amount of my belongings outside of their storage unit which was on the other end of the place and expected me to move it all down to my unit on my own, this was done spitefully as they knew I was unable to lift some of these things on my own. As I began moving the stuff I could lift I was asked by Bria if I was ok. I asked her if she had a dolly and explained my situation. She said let me see what I can do for you, next thing I know I had two people there helping me move all of my belongings down to my unit. This made such an impact on my situation and my day as I was already rushing to get to my children and this unexpected situation was going to hold me back for awhile. I can’t say enough how much I appreciate Bria caring enough to find someone to help me. The level of customer service she provided to me far exceeded my expectations, and it made a world of a difference for my situation at that time. To be honest Bria saved me from having an emotional breakdown as I tried to figure out how I would pull this off on my own. There’s nothing I appreciate more than someone going above and beyond to help another person out. I want to be very clear when I say the solo reason I am choosing to stay with public storage is because of this interaction I had with Bria, as I said the customer service she provided me the other day was what made my monthly price well worth it. Thank you so much Bria ! My kids thank you too as I was able to get to my babies so much quicker because you went out of your way to find me some help. I will end this review by saying I have worked in and managed restaurants for almost 20yrs now - obviously the goal is to provide exceptional customer service, so It’s not often that I say I’m impressed with the customer service I’ve received - but I was BEYOND IMPRESSED with the way Bria went about my situation. THAT is the standard of customer service and professionalism and dedication to the job I seek out in potential job candidates. She sets the bar high that’s for sure! And Human to human - thank u for caring Bria !”
“I had a very smooth experience using this facility to store some of my belongings during a recent move. The units are clean and well-lit, which made me feel much more comfortable when I had to stop by later in the evening to drop off a few boxes. I really appreciated that the access hours are flexible, allowing me to come and go on my own schedule without feeling rushed. The staff on-site was professional and walked me through the different unit sizes to make sure I wasn't paying for more space than I actually needed. The security measures, like the gated entry and cameras, gave me peace of mind that my items were safe. While the monthly rates can go up after the initial promotional period, the convenience and cleanliness of the location make it a reliable choice for anyone needing some extra space.”

“I wanted to write a review considering that I have only used uhaul to move my furniture and the trucks are convenient for those moving in a time constraint. The truck I received was a bit big, I was not expecting to be charge $200 to go less than 50miles. My transaction was disputed by the GM Taylor Eskridge , although I did not hassle about the mileage, I was concerned about the fuel fee that I was charged . I would recommend this service at this location, just make sure you have photos on your phone not just through the link evaluations. Contract# 79626382”

So I returned for my second storage and was greeted by a wonderful man. Also polite and friendly. He also made the transaction smooth. So you know I went back for a 3rd storage.
