“After being rudely dismissed from the Wayne store, I decided to take a drive over to the Butler store. Walked in and Juan and Adrian immediately welcomed us and were eager to help in any way they could. Adrian is seriously an angel sent straight from heaven. He spent four hours with me trying to fix my phone all while helping the ten other people who walked in needing help also. He was a one-man show and was holding it down like a boss. the East Hanover Verizon Store is top notch! I was trying to close out my father’s account after he passed away. After several phone calls to Customer Service and a visit to my local store I was still no further in the process. As I was driving home from work I happened to pass the East Hanover location. I decided to take a chance and stopped in. I luckily had the pleasure of meeting Jennifer who was kind and empathetic and understood my frustration. She called Customer Service and after speaking to a few representatives and spending a lengthy time on the call my issue was resolved! Thanks to her professionalism,knowledge and persistence she has gained a loyal customer at this location. Although I live 40 minutes away I will definitely drive the distance for such great service!”
