“I've been to many Sprint stores in the area and in the city but the way I was assisted at this store surpasses my highest expectations. Even though the store had many customers the wait time was very minimal, and I was professionally promptly greeted. The staff all work in conjuction and help each other making any or all transactions as smooth as possible. Oliver primary rep that helped me and I couldn't be happier with how he handled everything beyond professional. All in all I know many Sprint stores are a drag to visit and usually have poor customer service but this store at the Livingston Mall is truly an A++++ store”
“I would highly recommend this particular Butler, NJ T-Mobile store. I had a charging issue with a phone that I had purchased there and the store manager, Kenya, was extremely helpful in expediting my return. She quickly deleted my information on the new phone that I was returning and showed me that my data had been completely erased. Kenya had a presence and professionalism about her and you could tell she was chosen to be the Store Manager for a reason. She's going places. In addition, "TT" was very helpful in transferring my data from my old phone to my newly purchased phone. He was a wiz. Both times that I was there, I was in and out in no time. I actually walked out with a smile on my face both times.”

“Let me start by saying Josh and Derek are AWESOME! After going to the Ledgewood store and them telling me they can practically do nothing for me and not upgrade my phone because they did not want to work, I drove over to the Rockaway store they helped me and I was in and out in 15 minutes no problem at all. Excellent customer service, I recommended 3 friends and family to go over there because of how great of a job they did! After leaving the Ledgewood store (Most unprofessional store around) I consider Rockaway the best around.”

“This is not you mall location for Verizon - but a genuine corporate owned location. Went there looking a the Pixel Smartwatch. Unfortunately, the display model wasn't working, and I couldn't see the way the screen looked. Well if you can believe the manager and my salesperson dismantled the little kiosk trying to get power to the thing. After a good effort, it was clear I wasn't going to see if I could mread the thing. That's when the salesperson said, take a look at this Samsung model, it has a similar display - boom sale made - no muss no fuss. I get all my phones here too - the folks are wonderful - give them a shot”
