“This is one of the best Verizon Stores in NJ. I drive over an hour just to get serviced by Mr.Christopher. He is an elite employee. The customer service I receive here is worth the gas and more! Things are explained to me and solutions are found. I have been on a Verizon plan my whole life. I’m pretty sure I’ve seen majority of the challenges a family can experience with a phone service over the years. 13 years to be approximate. I’m so happy to have remained with a company that hired a person like Mr.Christopher. “Joe has been troubleshooting tech troubles in my house on my devices for about 4 years. He works on my computer, Samsung phones, Samsung televisions and car blue tooth set-ups. Joe is patient and methodical. His fees are reasonable and he is sensitive to costs. I have had security breaches on my computer that he has corrected and set up protections to avoid future problems. He is pleasant and I trust him. Joe responds quickly to requests. I have used Geek Squad a few times but I prefer to call Joe because he comes to the house and does the work right away and is more reasonable than Geek Squad. He is certainly a lot faster. I recommend Joe 100% , he is an expert in his field, he is a nice man and his fees are reasonable.”
“After being rudely dismissed from the Wayne store, I decided to take a drive over to the Butler store. Walked in and Juan and Adrian immediately welcomed us and were eager to help in any way they could. Adrian is seriously an angel sent straight from heaven. He spent four hours with me trying to fix my phone all while helping the ten other people who walked in needing help also. He was a one-man show and was holding it down like a boss. He was so kind and so helpful and I am so grateful for him. I highly recommend this store. T-mobile, give this man a raise!”

While answering all my repeated questions he never showed attitude, impatience, or aggravation while handling all of my issues, being a woman of 78 years of age and not at all versed in these new technologies. His knowledge was very obvious in his explanations of what was needed to make my new phone work where I can handle it. Jadiel's major concern was to assure me that he and I would accomplish and resolve these issues and that's exactly what happened. Jadiel is an asset to that location. I have already told my friends that if they ever go to this location in Livingston make sure you let Jadiel be your person.”
“Cell phones are a necessary tool for Yelp reviewers. My ancient iPhone 12 was getting a little long in the tooth so I started searching for Verizon stores near me. The staff at a couple were unhelpful and, sadly, a little pushy. My wife, smarter than I, searched further afield and sent me here. Wow! I was greeted by a tech named Tom. He checked me into their system in about a minute. He made me comfortable working with him because he actually listened to my concerns and needs. After examining my account he recommended a new phone that is the current state of the art ... iPhone 15 Pro ... and a plan that had higher speed and he explained that with a trade in, and a switch to automatic paying with a checking account, my monthly bill would remain the same! There was a minor glitch with the trade in, but Tom went to their help desk while I sat and he cleared everything up. While I waited, he updated the iOS on the new phone and transferred everything perfectly. Tom was amazing. Really. He knows his products. He doesn't sell more than you need, rather he listens and recommends options that he thinks will offer the best value. My experience with him told me there are still people who come to work to do the best job for the customer and properly represent the products his company offers. Quite a rare treat in these me-first days! Great service, amazing sales tech, perfect transaction. Sad I can only assign just 5 stars.”

“I came to this T-mobile location after getting the Run around at my local T-mobile store . All I needed was a new Tempered glass screen Protector and after constantly being denied and dealing with customer service I came here at a last attempt. The associate working yesterday was Luly and I can't say enough good things about her. She took so much time trying to get me a new screen protector through insurance and for some reason it wasn't covered . After going through so much hell with the other store and then getting denied from insurance she recommend a store for me to get a cheap screen protector and told me to come right back to her store and she would install it on my phone free of charge . She was very helpful with my concerns and went above and beyond to make me happy . she definitely helped turn my bad experience into a pleasant one. I highly recommend her to any customer experiencing issues .”
