“The staff was helpful in me getting a passport for my son. Please be advised that online it states that walk-ins are supposed to come between 9:00 and 10:00 a.m. The locations time for walk-ins is 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m.. please make sure that you are there from 8:00 a.m.. they take up walk-ins and each application takes about 15 minutes. Which means they can only take about four people. All in all, as long as you have all of your photocopies in black and white, make sure your pictures are taken on a light background wearing dark clothing that is neutral colored, and you have all of your original documents with you and child or persons or parent then you should be fine.”
