I have dealt with many post offices between Brooklyn and the Bronx and they both are the nicest and most professional of all the employees I've dealt with. The Post office should have them give classes on courtesy and professionalism. Thank you for your great service.”

“I visited the post office to retake a photo for my passport renewal. I left a review on usps but I also wanted to leave a review here. Ms. S Patel was the woman that helped me with everything! She literally did not wait for me to ask her for help she took the initiative and handled everything for me very efficiently. If I ever need any assistance with my passport I would definitely come back to this location ! She made my experience wonderful. My appointment was at 1:15 I arrived at 12:55 and was done by 1:10!!!! “The gentleman that has been there for years is carrying this post office on his back!! He’s the nicest person I have ever encountered that works at a post office. Usually these people are rude and disgusting for no reason. I forgot his name but he is a light skinned black man. I ship packages at least 10 times a week and I specifically stand and wait for him. He should train these incoming employees so they can see how to treat people. Give him a raise immediately!”
“Arlene is the most efficient of all and she s a sweetheart too. She takes pride in her job, does it very well because she puts her heart into it. I had lots of parcels to send and she was very patient and attentive. She did make up 100 times for the frustration we can get sometimes. I wish all the usps employees were like her!”

“I love the staff like family and 5 stars aren't enough. I wish people would realize how difficult the year has been for the workers and appreciate their dedication to our community. From October through December they deal with an incredible number of packages. In January they are extremely busy shipping Holiday returns but... in 2020, the pandemic hit and online orders skyrocketed causing them to work at a holiday pace ALL YEAR LONG! Some patrons complain when they show up and the doors are closed but that's only when they are short staffed and the only workers use the time for the lunch break they are entitled to. There's always a sign letting you know what time the doors will open again. If you show up, share a smile and a word of encouragement. They're wonderful people with friendly personalities.”
“I have a PO Box at this location, and was expecting a package. However, the tracking info was giving me a different PO location.
I went to the window and had the pleasure of speaking to Mr. Javier Velazquez. Mr. Velazquez listened and explain to me in detail the process, why I was receiving a different PO location. He checked my info and retrieved my package. I left the PO with my package (I thought it lost).
Mr. Velazquez wasn't nasty and didn't have an attitude. He was very helpful and informative.

“I lived in Cliffside for 13 years and I just walked by there one day never knowing the post office was there. If anyone knows the post office on Anderson Ave near pizza corner it is never open and if it is they are so rude. Is there a phone # for this place? Only the 800 #?

“All these people complaining maybe the ones who don’t pay their bills. Never had problem here. Yes they can get busy and things maybe slightly delayed but not terribly. Yes everyone double parks at every business on Gramatan Avenue not in owners control. If you are using this as a business address then pay your business bills. Once again folks not supporting black business.”

“I had such a lovely experience this morning with the red haired woman who was working today (I unfortunately did not get her name) and it left a good impression on me! She was very patient and accommodating, and never made me feel bad if I missed something on the customs form I filled out. Sometimes going to the post office can be anxiety inducing, but she was very sweet! I've also had a good experience with the young man who works there as well. I'd say sometimes if you go in with a good and gentle disposition, you'll usually get a normal experience. They work hard and sometimes it's just one person attending so I understand when things are less than ideal. But things go so smoothly when they also treat you with kindness and respect, so kudos to this location and their staff!”
