“I love Ace Hardware in River Edge cause of the paints, grills, and everything else. My program works at Ace Hardware on Tuesday's to clean the grills, sweep the floors, fix the shelves, and restock the shelves. My grandparents, Aunt Chrissy and Uncle Mike sometimes go to Ace Hardware to pick up things for their houses. I also ran into Mr. deMarrais while I was at Ace Hardware. Ace is the Place for the helpful hardware folks.”
“The young lady who works there is very knowledgeable. I had called two different plumbers two times in the past 4 months and paid a total of $450 to unclog my kitchen sink. They did nothing. Just ripped me off and didn't address the issue. Before calling another plumber, I stopped by this store and the lady recommended a liquid to pour in the drain. I've never seen the sink work better in my stay of 10 months in the current apartment. She deserves recommendation.”

“Craftmaster Hardware, is where it's at! I'm a Maintenace Techniacian and a good portion of my job requires locksmithing. I exclusively shop here for all my locksmith needs. Why would I exclusively shop at one place? The answer is quite simple. They have unbeatable prices, fast shipping, and phenomenal customer service! The company I work for has an account with them, so the prices are ridiculously cheap; there's is absolutely no comparison. Their prices are usually 20-25% cheaper than the regular retail price. They're really good about shipping. Anytime I purchase an in stock item, they'll ship it out the same day and I will usually receive it the next day. Their customer service is top notch, I usually deal with a sales rep by the name Don; Don's the best! If I have any question about something I'm not familiar with or what kind of lock would be good with a certain application, he's pretty good at making a suggestion. A couple times I needed some out of stock items expedited and he was able to get them to me fairly quick. There's also been instances when I needed a something same day and I was able to pick it up directly from them. If you're a locksmith or a technician I highly recommend you check this place out!”

“If you are looking for personable service you will find it at Sugarhill Hardware. No way could I have called or walked into a major retailer like Home Depot or Lowes and received the support ( that's beyond service) that I received from this family-owned business. I called, they listened and dispatched a well qualified family member to my home ASAP to correct a plumbing issue. I have never seen anything like it. They have been helpful with paint supplies, key duplication, plumbing emergencies, etc. I appreciate having a convenient business with helpful staff members that are nice (which isn't always the case in NYC). Much better than big box stores for most things. And fair prices, too. Standard key duplication is only $2. Definitely recommend for convenience, answering questions and guiding me to products for my project.”
