I walked in hoping to find a shoe with a wide toe box for my feet issues and I was greeted by Victoria who set me up on their machine to measure my foot alignment. She helped me find the perfect shoe for work and exercising. Cannot recommend this store location enough- if I ever need new balance shoes again I will for sure be coming back to this location.”

“Exceeded expectations! I called for a quote and emailed a pic of our logo which had many colors and would add $ to each shirt for each color. They sent the pic to their artist who amazingly recreated the logo in two colors and used negative space to use the color of the shirt in our design giving the illusion of a third color and more expensive shirt. The shirts looked great, were priced great and were completed quickly. Highly recommend!”

“One of the few remaining tennis sports stores where you can get truly professional advice and racket stringing. The owner and racquet stringer went out of their way to advise me on a new racket and get it strong within an hour. Very impressed by the level of service.”
“ALL i CAN SAY IS WOW! CALLED THE STORE IN THE AM TO SEE IF I COULD GET LACROSSE HEAD RESTRUNG. BECAUSE MY DAUGHTERS STICK WAS NOT LEGAL. THE YOUNG LADY THAT ANSWERED THE PHONE SAID WE COULD GET IT DONE TODAY RIGHT. WHAT HAPPENED NEXT WAS THE AWESOME PART. I WALKED INTO THE STORE INTRODUCED MYSELF THERE WERE TWO LADY THAT I KNEW WERE LACROSSE PLAYERS AND KNEW FROM THERE BODY LANGUAGE THEY KNEW WHAT THEY WERE TALKING ABOUT. THE ONE GIRL TOOK STICK AND SAID RIGHT AWAY THIS COULD BE A QUICK FIX. BEING A LACROSSE DAD FOR BOTH BOYS AND GIRLS I KING OF KNOW WHATS LEGAL AND AND WHATS NOT. MY DAUGHTER AND I HAD A DISAGREEMENT WHICH I FOUND OUT SHE WAS RIGHT. I HAD MY DAUGHTER ON THE PHONE AND SHE EXPLAINED WHAT SHE DID AND DID NOT WANT TO PUT A NEW MESH IN BECAUSE SHE IS IN TOURNAMENT PLAY AND WOULD TAKE TIME TO BREAK IN. THEY FIXED HER LACROSSE HEAD MADE SURE IT WAS LEGAL AND USED IT IN STORE TO MAKE SURE THAT IT WAS GOOD TO THROW. WHEN SHE WAS FINISHED I OFFERED TO PAY AND SHE SAID SIR ITS OK. ITS NOT ABOUT PAYING BECAUSE i KNOW I WILL BE BACK BECAUSE THE STORE AND PEOPLE ARE AMAZING. I RECOMMEND NOT GOING ANY WHERE ELSE FOR YOUR DAUGHTERS LACROSSE NEEDS SIMPLY THE BEST.”

“I've been to this location numerous times and have always had a great experience especially when browsing around. Someone always asks if I need help when they walk by.
Recently, I went in specifically to get sizing for some hiking shoes and trail runners I've been eyeing. Diane was super helpful with sizing my feet and finding the right fit for me! We did settle on a shoe and she helped me get it ordered online. It was a great experience and I learned some new shoe tying tricks from her!
Before I left, I was browsing the pack section because I will be going backpacking soon so I'm starting my search early. Christopher was there to help and he got be the right pack that felt secure on my back. I have a short torso and standing at 4'11 so it was a bit tricky but he found a good fit. Ultimately, I didn't buy the pack that day but I didn't feel pressured to do so that same day. It was an overall good experience and I felt like I could trust them with their opinions!”

“I had an interesting experience today. I went to exchange some shoes. I first thought there was no workers in the store, but then I realized there was two workers. One was busy already helping another customer and the other was sitting there talking loudly on her cellphone to someone. I kept waiting at the front hoping she would see me, but eventually the other guy that was already busy came to help me. While he was helping me the store phone started to ring. The worker on her phone did not come to help until after the phone stopped ringing. Moral of the story, shout out the the guy working there today, and I’m sorry you have to work with someone so lazy.”

Plus if something isn't available in your size they will help you get it shipped or delivered to the store. The prices are reasonable, and they usually have deals and discounts too.”
