βIt's the only Home Goods in Manhattan so you better love it or be ready to travel way outside of the borough to get your tchotchkes, tableware, candles and Halloween gear. That said I really like their staff and have made some good finds here. Please be nice to the staff. It's hard to find staff that's helpful,pleasant and not weird. Doubling down on how awesome the staff is here. I had an awful retail experience today but I left that awful store and got what I needed at Home. Goods cheaper than where I was treated like the worst kind of second-class citizen at Rainbow Ace Hardware on the Upper East Side. And because this store is so cool and they let dogs in I got to meet the cutest little dog that just made my day. Keep doing what you guys do over there! Can't show you enough appreciation.β

βWith spring and Easter coming this is your must visit store. They have plenty of cute Easter decor and planters. This is a pretty good home goods store, good collection and well maintained. They have everything from very good quality bedding sets, coffee mugs, kitchen supplies, sofas, carpets , paintings and what not. Sometimes the amount of stuff can be overwhelming. They have good amount stationary and some cute toys too..They have a huge collection of pet supplies including beds, toys and chews. Now you can see a lot of Indian Diyas and decoration..Over all a good storeβ

You'll also find great quality name brand items drastically reduced.
The trick is to go often, so you can catch up on new arrivals. Warning buy it when you see it....! Otherwise someone else will. They have a friendly staff to help you navigate the store....

βGreat store and good selection. I have always been able to find great clothing items and housewares. Their selection of skin care and beauty care items is decent and the snack food selection is good. The lines get a bit long around noon so I would shop their in the morning or late afternoon.β
βSwung in thinking it will be a quick stop. Nope! There is so much to look through, every nook and cranny, and all was perfectly dispalyed. I thought for sure our kids with their curious little hands will surely knock something over but to our surprise, nothing was, and so they were rewarded with a few trinkets. Win win, everyone is happy.We love this store with the housewares and apparel. The bonus is it is not in the heart of Chinatown and the merchandise was not random and not jam packed floor to ceiling they were superbly curated. It left an indelible mark on all of us and we cannot wait for the revisit ??β

Can get crowded and messy as the day goes on (those bargain hunters are serious!), but prices are unbeatable for NYC. Great for basics too - perfect spot if you need emergency toiletries or socks.
If you go early for best selection and check the cosmetics section - often amazing deals on brand names.
Warning: You might come for one thing but leave with a full bag - it's addictive!β
βI stopped by to pick up my order after 6pm and didnβt realize their weekend hours were different. Even though I arrived past closing, the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. βThis Kohlβs feels a bit larger than others Iβve visited, which is a nice plus. Customer service is located in the back corner, which can be a little out of the way, but the staff was friendly and helpful. One of the biggest improvements is the recent renovation, especially in the front of the store. Theyβve consolidated all the registers into one section, which makes checkout much more efficient. The store is well-organized, and overall, I had a great shopping experience.β
βMy go to store for household items I may need or 75% Christmas decorations! You really can't beat that. They have household cleaning supplies, placemats, decorations, gift bags, hangers, snacks - all at a discounted price. I love that this is in Greenpoint, a quick 10 minute walk from my apartment if I am need of a household item and don't feel like spending more money on the same item as Amazon or Target. A routine regular store I visit at least 1-2 times a month.β

βA lot of variety of products, very affordable prices within everyone's reach, but they should improve customer service, the attitude of the guys inside the store is quite arrogant, always in a bad mood. Not everyone is the same, I understand that there are many thieves in the area but not all people should be treated as such.β
βWell kept departments with plenty of clearance LAST ACT items to pick from. Be prepared to wait when checking out. We tried checkout counters on EVERY floor and they were packed and moving very slowly.β

βHuge shout out to Claudia Lopez in the Paramus store. At the time of purchase I did not realize I was charged 3X for a single roll of wrapping paper. During a very stressful time in my life, she was able to research and rectify this oversight without my needing to return to the store.
Kohlβs has been my go to store. I have not adapted to the new Paramus location yet, but will absolutely make an effort to do so as a thank you for her efforts to go above and beyond!
