“Today I went to this UPS store, and it’s honestly the one with the best customer service I’ve experienced around Edison in the past few years.
On Sunday around 2 PM, I brought over a dozen packages to drop off using the self-service machine. A kind and lovely staff member came over and asked if I needed help carrying the packages… I was genuinely surprised.

“I understand that everyone has different experiences with FedEx and it’s shipping policies timelines and I am not going to visit that on the the people who have to work the screens when something goes sideways. I’ve worked with the team at the FedEx office in Summit specifically the print department. I have used in the past 2.5 years as my speaking engagements have increased significantly. They’ve created my keynote notecards for Vegas, New York, London, British Columbia, Dubai, and they have never let me down. Sagbir is a Godsend and whoever the manager is of that location or the area district leader needs to understand that his heroic actions has saved this location. You need to him give him a raise, accolades, throw flowers at his feet because he understands what it means to deliver. He understands what customer service means and he embodies it . So, I could only give five stars I would give 10 and I’m going to say that it’s the only reason why this location gets 5/5 is because of the awesome service delivered by Sahbir.”

“I visited this store recently, it was my first time and had no idea what I was doing and I had to make a big printing order. I went to the printing section and Hamal helped me out. He helped me download the app, activate rewards, spend the exact amount I wanted to spend to get access to the coupon. He didn’t just help me he went above and beyond with a smile on his face and cracking jokes. He was patient and kind, even let me feel the different types of paper I could get. Outstanding customer service! I will definitely be coming back to this location. Hamal made everything very smooth and totally enriched my experience shopping at Staples.”

“My experience was amazing. I went for passport renewal and it was all wrong. Thanks to experience of Kalpesh Sir, he told me that the form I had were wrong and then he guided to me to complete and submit the entire passport renewal process from scratch. I was told how I could lower the price of the final products, shown sample pages of the color outcome before I left, and received notification the next day that the print job was ready. I also was told a way I might set this type of job up from home (online) and save a significant amount of money next time around. Altogether a 5-star experience.”

“I have been to this office many times. It is always well stocked with boxes and envelopes of all sizes as well as greeting cards. The premises are clean and the lines are minimal except around closing time.
Tara, the office employee, goes above and beyond to provide phenomenal service. I was shipping a box, which I purchased at the post office. It comes with tape stickers but they weren’t strong enough. Tara graciously offered to double tape the box for me with her own personal supplies of duct tape. She also advised me on the best box size for my items so that I don’t overpay. Great service and reasonable prices!”
