“Having to get your car repaired (front bumper replacement) could be really stressful. But when Enterprise made it possible for me to drop off my vehicle at the shop and then they had an Enterprise office personnel pick me up and take me to their office to pick up the rental, it was a wonderful experience. And to top it off, when my car was ready to pick up, all I had to do was bring the rental to the shop (fill the tank up) where Enterprise would pick it up. Seamless. No stress. Yay!!!! Thanks again!”
“I’ve rented from this Avis at Newport Mall probably 20 times by now and every single time has been a great experience. The staff here are awesome—huge thank you to Sahid who’s always super helpful and friendly. They really make the whole process smooth and stress-free.
The cars are always in excellent shape—usually newer models, super clean, and I’ve never had any issues. It’s clear they take great care of their fleet.
Returning the car is quick and easy, no headaches at all.

“This Enterprise car rental in my neighborhood was great. At first, I was nervous because when I showed up at 10 o’clock on a Monday there were half dozen people there waiting for their rental car. However, the agent was so professional and helpful. She Got everybody their cars in a very stress-free, timely way. The gentleman who was before me was having trouble with his credit card and I thought oh dear, this is gonna take forever. However, the agent, whose name is Fatu, was so patient with this man and even assisted him in calling the credit card company And fixing the problem. He was then able to pay for the car and move along. And she was so sweet about taking care of everyone. My last encounter with her was after I returned the car and realized I left my easy pass in the car. I got there at 8 o’clock when they opened and she was already there working. I explained my situation and she quickly unlock the car so I could retrieve my easy pass.I told her how much I enjoyed renting from that company and that she did such a great job. I will definitely use them whenever my daughter comes out to visit from Las Vegas.”

“I'm not even sure if some of these reviews are for the correct location... I've rented from the Montgomery St in Jersey City branch a couple of times and never had any issues. It's a small location only 1 or 2 staff so if you're unlucky with timing it can take a while to check out.”
“Rented a car from this location and had one of the best experiences I’ve ever had—David was phenomenal. He greeted me with a smile, made the rental process quick and smooth, and had me out in less than five minutes. “Not sure why there are some sketchy reviews- had a excellent interaction with the staff here when renting a car oneway to North Carolina after a cancelled flight- I was in Manhattan and booked the car oneway Expedia and next morning took the Path Train to Jersey City Grove stop and it’s a very nice 3 block walk to Budget/Avis- there was no line at 9am, though all airports were shut down the night prior- and you can’t rent oneway at LGA/JFK or Manhattan for any rental company- the team here is quick, well organized and gave me a choice of 5 SUV’s! Top notch and drive it 8 hours straight and just got home! I rent about 40 cars a year, normally Hertz, this was just as good on all levels-”

Maintenance staff is superb.
Access to NYC and nearby stores was ideal.
All of the staff were extremely agreeable.
Internet services were fast.
You generally save lots of time for a decent price depending on what your work, family and hobby circumstances are.
Only thing for us was the apartments were a little functional. You get a good product considering the alternatives in the area.”

“This is my second time renting from Priceless and the entire transaction was seamless! I spoke with Jen this time and advised her that I'd sold my car and needed a rental for a week. After driving this beautiful Hyundai Elantra I purchased one! If you call them in advance make your payment for your rental over the phone & E-Sign your docs. and your process will be even faster. All the attendant has to do is hand you the keys.Don't listen to antiquated people who perfer to walk inside an office wait forever. Welcome to the 21st Century get with the new era! This location is 2 blocks aways from my place. No more Uber to and from airport rental places for me. The staff members at Priceless are all extremely nice. Ask for Ms. Rose or Jen they will take good care of you.”
