49 Carr Ave, KeansburgThe owner Bryan is such a nice guy and a fantastic chef. I stopped in for some of the vegan options and everything was incredibly delicious!! Definitely worth a drive over. The fried food is crispy, light and wonderful.
The photo is vodka fries with cheese and pepperoni. Everything vegan, so yummy. The banana pudding dessert is SO GOOD. Don’t miss it. It's a cute, spacious place near the beach.

Half Moon
2 Beachway Ave, KeansburgHalf Moon is always a favorite dinner spot in the Keansburg/Bayshore area! When you arrive you'll notice the nautical themed decor in every bit of the space, with no detail overlooked! You'll find tables, high tops, bar seating, and a great deck for outdoor seating in warmer months. The menu is always changing seasonally, which I love for trying new items and eating flavors of the season. This includes the drink menu, in which they have a fun variety of drinks, including great mocktails. The happy hour menu is great if you want some light bites or shareables. In the past I've really liked Caesar salads, the fish and chips, and the brussel sprouts, to name some. The service is always great, with the staff being super friendly and attentive. I recently had an engagement party here with our families, and the Half Moon team went above and beyond to make it special for us, for which we are so thankful! They have fun events here often and it's always a great time when you visit!

Grin Brewing
32 Church St, KeansburgGrin Brewing gave us plenty of reasons to smile — starting with their crisp and crushable 1866 German Pilsner. Light, clean, and basically the perfect summer in a glass, it was hands-down our favorite.
The two-story setup has their brew house downstairs, while the upstairs taproom is where you sip and enjoy the day. It's cozy space, perfect for a small crew of 4–6 to hang out. They're family-friendly, offer flights (yes please!), and it’s a BYOF situation — so bring your favorite snacks or order takeout.
