“SHOUTOUT TO CHELSEA!!Called customer service # Wed am. On hold for 40 minutes - Hung up. 400 pm. Another 40 minute hold. Tried text. Ellen at the other end wanted me to put this through insurance, bc she didn't know a simple troubleshoot like RESET network. ?‍♂️I'd had enough, and went into my local shop here. Chelsea reset my device, and in 10 minutes, everything was back in order.As customer svc totally sucked (one of the reps said he was disconnecting the call, so I disconnected, but then he called back- no thanks, too little, too late, bud...)This is 0% reflection on this store, but *CORPOŔATE TAKE NOTE AND PLS DO BETTER *.This resolution was so simple- took 90 minutes to get horrible, incompetent svc. by phone, and only 10 minutes in-person, to fix the bugs. It's really not that complicated.Chelsea & the gang: 5.Customer Service: 0.”

“Me and my partner had the most amazing experience with T Moble! Our associate Selina was the best! She was kind, patient, and very helpful!! We loved her great energy and her positive attitude when helping us get the best service ever! Selina guided us through the whole process to transfer our service to T Mobile from another provider! She even followed through when we came back after receiving our new phones to help us transfer data! “I had some issues at another T-Mobile store. The other store told me my paid warranty (Jump / 360) did not cover phones that don't turn on. Why did Ipay for 6 years to have a service contract???I called T-Mobile, they gave me this store. The staff here are excellent! No grumbling, didn't tell me anything negative, didn't say corporate doesn't know how to do warranty. ...had my replacement phone working in a flash.Excellent staff here!”

“GREAT store will go nowhere else for my phone and problems I may have with it. Note it is not the phone it is me. As a senior citizen and not that knowledgeable George the store manager went above and beyond to help me. Also I believe the other person that assisted me was Andy/Bill I am named challenged. When I signed in the most time I had to wait for service was 10 minutes. If I could give them a TEN I would.”

“I am writing this review to commend two employees at this location for being amazing and more knowledgeable than most Verizon employees I've met in being a customer of Verizon for a number of years.Kayla is an employee there that you would want to work with hands down. She knows her stuff and works with you to get exactly what you need for your plans and devices and exactly how to get the job done through the system Verizon provides that is less than stellar. Her co worker, Motez, was also very helpful in getting the job done displaying exceptional knowledge and helpfulness.I appreciate feeling like employees genuinely are trying to help me as a person over trying to just sell me a new something. “You know where I get excellent initial service is sending a private message on Facebook to Optimum. Agents are extremely responsive & get to the heart of the matter if there’s an outage for instance affecting the Optimum app.With one situation they scheduled a tech to come out for a problem. Right on the FB private message! I found it’s the quickest way to get the problem recognized. One time problem was recognized after midnight and I was told technicians were working on the programming problem that affected the app!”
