βDropped by this local hardware store on a mission: fix the BBQ machine before the hunger turns hangry.
Had zero clue what connector thingy I needed. Walked in looking like a confused potato.
Staff didnβt judge. Instead, explained every part I pointed at like a grill guru with a PhD in propane science. Even taught me the difference between a regulator and a thingamajig (technical term, obviously).
Got the right part. BBQ now works. I now feel 12% handier.β
βGreat to find an experienced glass pro nearby. Dave expertly created three glass tabletops for me (two rectangles and a circle). Heβs pleasant and efficient β five stars!β
βI ran in to get paint and other odds and ends my contractor needed. What wonderful and helpful people. I was in and out in 15 mins. Family owned for 80 years. This is the only store that I trust and will be my go to.. So courteous! These days courteous is rare. Thank you so very very much.β

βI wish I had visited this place a long time ago when we moved. Itβs not just a paint store but also a huge hardware store they carry most of anything that you need for the house. I stopped there this morning and Rich was so helpful and patient. I got the color paint I was looking for my front door.β
βNot sure what Iβd do without this store and the helpful, all-knowing team of people inside. They have everything you need for any home project, big or small. Their prices are fair, and while they may be slightly more expensive than the big chains, it is worth it for the convenience, the incomparable customer service, and the joy of knowing you are supporting a locally owned small business.β

βIf you are looking for personable service you will find it at Sugarhill Hardware. No way could I have called or walked into a major retailer like Home Depot or Lowes and received the support ( that's beyond service) that I received from this family-owned business. I called, they listened and dispatched a well qualified family member to my home ASAP to correct a plumbing issue. I have never seen anything like it. Professional & serious about my plumbing issue in less than an hour my old faucet was removed and a new one installed. The price was soooo right!!! Thank you Marco (Dad) & sons Jeremy, & Marvin. βThis retail store chain carrying a wide range of tools, hardware & other products for the home, garden & car. I come here a couple times a month to get tools or hardware that's whatever for project I'm on . Predator 212/224 ,air compressor, hydraulic jacks or maybe even just a spray of lube. I called ahead to tell them what I needed in my own words I told them and they guided me throughout the whole process, I needed some lumber and didnβt know the measure of the lumber at all, one of gentleman at front took his time to show me the lumber I needed to make sure if thatβs the lumber I needed for my project! They have a bunch of tools there and if you need any help, they are open help you! Highly recommended! Will be coming back for my next project!β

They have been helpful with paint supplies, key duplication, plumbing emergencies, etc. I appreciate having a convenient business with helpful staff members that are nice (which isn't always the case in NYC). Much better than big box stores for most things. And fair prices, too. Standard key duplication is only $2.Definitely recommend for convenience, answering questions and guiding me to products for my project.β

βHarbor Freight Bronx employs really attentive staff who are friendly, courteous, and βmost importantlyβ helpful to customers. On more than one occasion the cashier reminded me of additional coupons that my purchase was eligible for. When Iβve asked questions, the responses have been thoughtful and genuine.β
