My kitty was seen right away and Dr. Kaplan and Amy was so gentle with her. The staff is very knowledgeable and all of my concerns were addressed with clarity. I forgot the ladies at the front desk but they were also very kind and lovely!!! I’m so happy I found this place. Loyal customer here!!!!

13109 Town Center Blvd, VoorheesMy first time here with a friend who celebrated his birthday.(Sunday Brunch) The salad bar was very tasty as I enjoyed whole asparagus, seafood salad, pot roast ( extremely tender) and a spicy vegetable salad. I didn't want to fill up on too much salad as I was here for the meats. For the most part, the selection of carved meat was impressive. The gauchos came around with many different selections while we were displaying green. They were very knowledgeable and generous with the portions. My only issues were that it took our server a while to get our first round of ice tea and waters. This lapse in service didn't last long as she greatly improved as time went on. The chicken wrapped in bacon was extremely dry and it probably should not have been served? A few minutes after, the manager came over to our table to ask if everything was ok. I mentioned that the chicken was dry and within five or so minutes, a gaucho brought over a fresh skewer of bacon wrapped chicken. Lastly, the pão de queijo ( cheese bread) was at room temperature. I still ate it but probably would have tasted better if it was served warm? My friend also received a nice piece of complementary birthday cake. For the most part, I definitely will return as I enjoyed both the salad bar and the meats. I also forgot to take pictures and will make sure to do so on my next visit. Finally. the service was outstanding less the hiccup at the beginning.

We had the tomato soup as well as corned beef and cabbage. Soup was sweet, not acidic. The corned beef and cabbage rivaled the best that I have had in NYC pubs. Tender, not overcooked, with quite a generous portion. Very reasonable prices!

These guys are awesome and I am so happy to see them getting animals good homes amd are super passionate about it! My little guy just absolutely loves life and loves my family. There's not much better than the love from a kitten.

419 Cooper Rd, VoorheesThis place is truly wonderful. The staff and volunteers are incredibly kind, supportive, and always willing to help answer any questions along the way. This is our second adoption from them in the past three years, and each experience has been just as special as the first.
The meet-and-greets are thoughtfully done, and you can really see how much they care about finding the right match for every dog and family. Rafael is truly the Cesar Millan of the VAO — his knowledge and honesty mean so much. When we recently met another pup, the interaction with our dog felt a little tense, and he gently guided us in realizing it wasn’t the best fit for her.
Then we met our second choice, Landin, and everything just felt right. He was calm, relaxed, and you could instantly see how happy she was with him ❤️??.
The dedication this organization shows — not only through adoptions but also through the many fundraisers and community efforts — is inspiring. I’m grateful to support them in any way I can.
Thank you to everyone at the VAO for the love and care you give these animals and the families who welcome them. ?
