The staff was very knowledgeable and recommended collagen bones for my heavy chewer dog, which we ended up purchasing. They also generously gave us free samples of Putevita food entrees along with skin, coat, and joint support add-ons. Friendly service and excellent recommendations—I’ll definitely be back!

151 Walker Ave, West BerlinI want to thank Dr Pole and his staff for taking care of my cat Hank for the Last 13 and half years. I had to euthanize Hank who was the best cat I have ever had. He was more like a dog than a cat. Hank helped me get through hip surgery, neck surgery and prostrate cancer treatment. I cannot be more thankful for Dr Pole helping Hank get to a better place where he would not be in pain or suffering anymore.
