I've had verizon for 6+ years and these guys quickly reviewed my service plan and found the best plan that worked for me without even being asked (I was there to pick up a router and simply inquired about a possible upgrade for my phone). I ended up walking out with 2 new phones for me and my wife and $10 off my monthly bill after trade-ins. I will definitely be visiting this location again in the future.”
“My dad wanted to see if he could save some money switching from AT&T. (Spoiler, he could save A LOT of money.) We kind of expected that based on the advertised deals. What we didn't expect was what a great experience and how much fun we would have. Lucas was wonderful! He helped us get the best family deal, he was sooo knowledgeable, sooo patient, and just all around awesome. He answered our millions of questions and we couldn't feel better about the transaction. “Pedro was fantastic! I walked into Verizon with a Galaxy S22 shaped brick, and he got me set up with a new Pixel 10 Pro XL quickly and painlessly.
He was friendly, knowledgeable, patient, and made the whole process as smooth as possible. He answered all my questions, got everything activated and working, and successfully guided me through the death of my previous phone, all while I was in Philly on vacation!
The Pixel is great, my old Galaxy is free to dramatically limp toward retirement, and I left very happy with the experience. Give Pedro a raise, a trophy, or at minimum a really good snack. 10/10, I would have a phone emergency with Pedro again.”
“Fantastic customer service and friendly atmosphere. Avion was so so so incredibly helpful, patient, and accommodating. Highly recommend! He helped us order our new phones but the phones gave us trouble when activating. Avion spent nearly FIVE hours with us while we troubleshooted over the phone with Verizon technical support and didn't give up until we resolved the issue and left with new working phones. I wouldn't recommend sitting in a Verizon for the better part of your afternoon, but if you have to, go to this location and ask for Avion.”

She was incredibly knowledgeable about the plans, promotions, and technical details, which made my decision-making process so much easier. My iPhone 15 Pro was completely bricked (grayed-out Wi-Fi and stuck on an endless loading screen). Every shop I called in South Philly told me it was a dead motherboard and not worth repairing. They told me to go to this spot in Upper Darby instead.
I dropped it off, and they had it fixed in just one day. It turned out to be a deep iOS software issue, and they only charged me $20! Incredible honesty and amazing service. Don't waste your time anywhere else—go here first!”

“Just finished visiting the new Verizon store at Pontiac Road / Pilgrim Gardens shopping center.
Both times here I was served by Duc who so graciously helped me upgrade my device and then my daughter’s.
He helped me pick the right case for my phone and patiently set my phone up with a screen protector.
I’ve visited a few Verizon locations in the area but this one is the very best!

Josh made this process quite the opposite experience of what I anticipated. Everything was done in such a smooth, easy and quick manner. His explanation of everything was expressed in such a way that processing it all was not overwhelming. Josh and Kyle were both so accommodating with all of my husband and my questions. The people that work behind the counter are the ones who make or break a sale. These gentleman are those you would want to be communicating with and making your purchases from.
