“This store is fantastic! I’ve been a customer for over seven years. When I heard the store was being sold, I was unsure about what to expect. However, the new owners and employees are incredible. They are friendly and welcoming, taking the time to engage and explain everything thoroughly.

“The workers were super helpful and patient with me. I like that there is a parking lot and shopping carts (for the Acme). I used their scale to check the weight of my package and also needed a little extra time to pack up (tape, attach label, etc). I was with my two kids and the patrons were all nice and extra considerate to me. I will come back here in the future.”

“I was shipping something from another state due to an address mishap with a FedEx label. This involved multiple parties. The people at Montclair Shipping were so nice over the phone. Extremely helpful even without getting anything out of it in return. They had me email the labels and the person who received the packages dropped them off and everything got situated perfectly.
They saved my butt! And all over the phone.”

My only complaint is that the store receipt does not provide a UPS scannable code to integrate with the UPS Customer App.
Took my packaged item and return email. One scan later and I'm in & out in less than 5-minutes.
Very efficient with efficient and polite staff.

I was taken care of by a young man (I’m sorry I didn’t get his name) who was so kind and helpful. Even took the heavy package to my car. I went there on June 25th around 5:30ish. I will definitely keep coming back to the Orient way location when I need all of my packages sent even though It's a bit of a drive for me but it's worth it!! “When I recently visited the post office to send some goodies off for the holidays, Janell went above and beyond to assist me with a complicated international shipment and even helped recommend the cheapest route possible. This location gets a lot of traffic so sometimes even when you get there right when they open so expect to take a least 30 mins to an hour. The staff here is really helpful and they aren't like other establishments where the staff looks super unhappy to be there.”
