I used their scale to check the weight of my package and also needed a little extra time to pack up (tape, attach label, etc). I'm sorry I didn't catch his name, but this morning a gent with long hair and a beard took care of a return of a big, heavy box for me. I was prepared but hadn't attached the label, so it could more easily be scanned. He printed my receipt and sent me on my way in less than a minute. Wouldn't let me affix the label or move the box for him or anything. A+ for kindness and service.”

My only complaint is that the store receipt does not provide a UPS scannable code to integrate with the UPS Customer App.
Took my packaged item and return email. One scan later and I'm in & out in less than 5-minutes.
Very efficient with efficient and polite staff.
I highly recommend their services.”

He was knowledgeable, polite & respectful & didn't make me feel like I was bothering him at all like at other places!! A true hard worker!!
I hope me gets recognized for the AMAZING job he's doing for UPS!!! There also was another rep who was great who gave Dario my message & questions too. I will definitely keep coming back to the Orient way location when I need all of my packages sent even though It's a bit of a drive for me but it's worth it!! I have watched them talk to other customers, and I have never experienced them giving an attitude, even when customers ask the same question multiple times. Janell typically sits in the first seat; she always welcomes you with a smile. I don’t know the other lady’s name, but she’s always polite.”
