She was very knowledgeable about all the paint options which is a huge plus. Our favorite part about HomeDepot is that they are pet friendly! Throw a leash on your pups and you're good to go! I will be updating my review after taking a look at the workshops. I would've appreciated more knowledge around Workshop services as that would be a great way to empower those that are less handy! I was surprised how little knowledge every employee we spoke to had about the workshops that are advertised.”

“TopLine was great start to finish. Adam in sales was helpful and followed up on all our of questions and held our order even with our multi month delay. Ari, Jose and Andrew were flexible and returned 4 times to make sure all of our install issues (related to the cabinet maker and plumber) were addressed and our appliance were installed safely and correctly. While I was frustrated with the delays from other contractors the TopLine associates were professional and encouraging- saying this happens all the time and in the end it will all work out. I appreciated their encouragement and understanding. The product line and services available at TopLine are just that…top line. They have a wide range of products and a staff that works with you start to finish. TopLine should be anyone’s first stop when looking for appliance services and sales.”

After visiting virtually every lighting store in Monmouth County, I happened along this "hidden gem" in Holmdel Plaza. I was greeted by Howard, the owner, who ultimately helped me find the perfect foyer chandelier for my home. Howard's wealth of knowledge, patience, and impeccable service made my shopping experience a joy. His assistant, Maria, is lovely, and his install team is the best. I have just made my second purchase (bathroom lighting) and then on to the kitchen! Who knew that a simple lighting change could make such a dramatic impact in the room! Howard, you're the best.”

“Norm's knowledge on their appliances was outstanding. We stuck the budget we had and found the right refrigerator for us. Now comes the day of delivery. The crew was thee... most professional group I've come across. They took the hydraulic pistons off the storm door, they also took the front door off as an added measure of safety. They reattached the water line for the ice maker. They took all the plastic and tape found inside the doors and compartments. The big box companies shy away from doing anything besides delivering the appliances. Stick with local businesses like Richmond Appliances. You cannot go wrong”
“I had an issue with the owner in the Plainfield location after he attempted to bully me into purchasing additional insurance that I declined numerous times. I called corporate, filed a complaint and was referred to the Perth Amboy location and referred to Ellis, the owner/store manager. This was the best thing that could’ve happened. He was very polite, courteous, and patient while he transferred all my info from the other location and even scheduled a pickup from Plainfield.. He kept in touch w/me and I had the furniture in less than a week. If you’re in the Plainfield area don’t choose that location out of convenience. Choose Ellis and the Perth Amboy location!!!”

“Had an awesome experience at Home Depot in Woodbridge!! Nev and Dawn were especially friendly and super helpful! Dawn helped me find the two tool chests I was looking for and was able to get it down with a forklift very fast and efficiently. Nev at the customer support desk helped me check out and put it on will call to pick up later with a truck. The process was very smooth and enjoyable! The store itself also had great sales and clearance items! I had to go in and out 3 times to load up my car and go back in to make more purchases! Def one of my fave Home Depot locations!”
